The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Location is ok if you don't mind getting in a taxi every time you want to go somewhere as you can't really walk anywhere from where the hotel is located.

Great, elegant and stylish business hotel
Great hotel, have stayed here before. One hiccup is that I had to make two reservations due to a mistake by my travel agent. The two bookings were in slightly different classes but the hotel was happy to accommodate me in the same room over the course of my stay, which was much better for me. One slight disappointment was a smell in the bathroom - apparently from the soil pipe, but discernible from a drain in the floor and in the toilet, which gave off at times an unpleasant smell of sewage - This was not present at all times, but would come and go, presumably due to usage by other residents in floors above. The hotel staff made the smell go away on a few occasions but it kept returning, so I would advise the management to due some maintenance work. Also while the rooms are well-appointed and stylish, there is a great deal of wear and tear inside the rooms and bathrooms, which show signs of repair rather than replacement of broken tiles. The windows have not been cleaned on the outside of the building in some time and this obscures what would otherwise be fantastic views from upper floors.

Less than we expected, but still a doable stay.
We intentionally selected a newer hotel (~5 years old) but it was very worn out with poor design (water in bathroom splashes everywhere into the doors etc, and so does the rainshower splashes horizontally), aircon was very weak. Beddings were clean, but the mattress was very 'sunken' and needed to be replaced.

Check-in was smooth. The staff that attended to us was very polite and well-mannered. Room was complete. Has everything you require TBH. Bathtub however, wasn't so clean. There were strain of hairs. breakfast spread didn't have much variety and check out could've been better. We left our bags there after checking out to do last min shopping, when we came back for our bags/luggage before heading to the airport, we were offered no assistance from the hotel staff to take our bags down the stairs. We, together with our 1 year old were clearly in need of assistance but we never got any from the hotel staffs there. Only after i carry all the bags and luggage down the stairs did i receive assistance, from the security. All-in-all, despite the checking out incident, We had a pleasant stay. Thank you

I was disappointed when I checked in , my roomreservation wasn’t as I requested. I asked for 1 king bed and 2 twin bed but they gave me 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. The apt itself is clean,spacious and modern. Good location also.

Room has kitchen and washer, suitable for long stay if needed. Location is little remote as no shops around.

Good location good stay but not among the best.
Still a good stay as it’s fairly new. But condition more worn than its actual age. Faulty rain shower splashes in ALL (horizontally as well) directions. Slight stains on walls. Staff were polite but superficial and unwilling to go beyond extra mile (loaning an extra umbrella beyond the one in the room).
