Good hotel for over night stay
Good hotel to stay for overnight or few nights. Close to Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport. They are good Indonesian restaurant nearby. Room is clean and spacious. Bathroom also clean.

Quite night
I was staying in another hotel near BW, but it was incredibly noisy! I changed hopping to stay in a quite place, and I got it! The sound level in the room was very low and I had a pleasant night! All the staff very polite, breakfast with good options. Only the shower wasn't that good, the floor became very very wet due to lack of protection. But I'll stay there again

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked it because it was affordable and got a surprise room upgrade. They ask for a 300,000 Rupiah room deposit (about $20 US) which can be paid by credit card. The location is accessible by using Grab. There is a convience store (on the 2nd floor next door but only open until 10pm), KFC, Starbucks, and many local restaurants jist outside the ground floor lobby. The free breakfast buffet was awesome. The staff were very nice. The only problem I experienced was they could not find the receipt for my 300,000 Rupiah on Checkout ($20 USD). I was trying to communicate that I owed 290,000 to them on my tab anyways, but I was in a hurry to get to the airport so I left without resolving it. It was a stressful ending to an otherwise lovely stay.

This is a decent hotel run by a very good manager, whom I happened to meet. The hotel is quite competitively priced, and has a very good restaurant -- breakfasts are especially good and well worth the price. At present there's a fair amount of construction around the hotel, and this can make access during rush hour sometimes slow but not impossible. The fitness center is mid-grade but serviceable, with two treadmills, some good machines. Staff and management are top rate.

Overall pleasant stay
House keeping did not clean the room despite the 'house keeping' sign was on.. Location is quite way out of town. Travelling time from international airport is morw than an hour without traffic jam.

stayed here for several days on business. clean and comfortable. no views - it overlooks a busy freeway. The lobby restaurant is always overcrowded and the elevators are slow.

Nice Hotel but needs more lifts & better Breakfast
With only two lifts they were constantly crowded and then Sunday only one lift was working and after waiting 25 minutes to get a lift which I could get in too we had to use the stairs

Bad Experience in a BW Premier Hotel in Jakarta
Hotel does not live up to the 4 star ratings. Room lights was dim and air-con system poorly maintained. Pillows needed a change. The bath towels were clearly worn out with a used smell - not freshness that comes out from a laundry. Toilet drainage emits a foul smell and one could smell while brushing your teeth. Request for an iron and ironing board fallen on deaf ears because of language barrier. Overall, the stay in this Hotel was below average.

I am not so happy
I stay 9 nights in this hotel. I can say the rent was value for what paid. Generally the area was good and easily reachable to the main road and easy to get a cab to go anywhere. The room size is good. The shower area was not good as the water is still stays in the floor and slowly emptying. There was free minibar. But most of the day they will not refill. Housekeeping was not so good. They are not changing everyday until you will ask them to do so. Breakfast menu almost same everyday. There should be supposed to include international food. Long stay not advisable as you will disappointed.

4.5 Star - I dont think so
The first room was very noisy from the traffic- dont stay at the front of the hotel. The second room offered - dirty, floor was so warped and damaged i cut my foot on sharp edge of water damaged flooring, Air conditioning did not work and room smelled, third room was very smelly in bathroom - exhaust fan was broken and bathroom was so musty could barely stand to be in there long enough to shower. Hotel lobby and restaurant was good but the rooms were DEFINATELY NOT 4.5 star. Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone.

While the place does bill itself as a 5 star hotel, the facilities say otherwise. The staff themselves are extremely helpful and friendly, most if not all the people I interacted with speak both Bahasa Indonesia and English. From the bellhop, checkin, room service, and housekeeping strived to meet my needs. The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful. Everything was delicious. I would suggest going either early or later, as the restaurant can get quite crowded. The rooms were laid out well and the bedding was comfortable, but the hotel rooms have started to show a lot of wear, especially in the bathrooms. It wasn't very clean, as there was mold and grout separation. There was some tearing of the ceiling as well, but for the price these issues were able to be overlooked. The area wasn't super accessible by foot, but this wasn't much of an issue, as private drivers can be hired easily in this country. This hotel gets high marks from locals and travelers from nearby countries, but as a foreigner who has stayed at all levels of lodging, this ranks somewhere in the middle.

Good solid hotel close to Halim Airport.
Nice and close to Halim Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful when I needed to print something off. The breakfast was decent, and wifi worked well. The room was a little tired, but the bed was comfortable. Aircon unit and traffic did make a bit of noise, but nothing earplugs couldn't fix. A little Asian food court in the same building was a cheap easy option for food. Not many other shops around

Hotel is in a Good Location in Cawang
Locationwise the hotel is in very good location. Main lobby is in 5th floor, looks a little discomfort. There are no enough place for the visitor of the guest if there is small meeting except restaurant. Breakfast restaurant is much busy and should wait for long time to get a seat as it is small place. Need to improve. Most of the food is Indonesian. Have to include international breakfast. Room rates are good and affordable. Room facilities are OK. But some rooms are smelly. Need to improve. Overall its fine. Will go back again.

Best Western Keep Disappointing
This is my second Best Western establishment in Jakarta and was very disappointed by the room. While the service is very good and the staff is very nice as well as try very hard to provide quality service but the rooms are very disappointing. My first room Air Conditioner was very bad, the corridor was cooler then the room. After complaining we were moved to a cooler room. I also ordered an extra bed but it took 3 hours before it was installed in my room!

Hotel seems a little run down. Not well maintained. Service staff at breakfast were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was decent. The danish pastries and croissant were good.

Our stay at the Best Western Premier The Hive was one of the best deal we had. You will never be hungry on your stay in this hotel. Aside from the breakfast which is included in the hotel package, they even offer a complimentary coffee/tea and cookies all day. And food and drinks in their mini bar are all for free.
