The size of the building is big. However the hallways, rooms, and water smell like sewage, and when you wake up, you can find sewage flowing back from other rooms. The advantage is that the convenience store in the building is 24 hours a day and charging for GoJack is possible.

After a long direct flight from Adelaide to Jakarta, i had my toddler with me, i was told no room available because they have a group booking, the staff were laughing when i was very frustrated and waiting for my room ,even though i booked my room in advance, we waited for hours until midnight for a room , finally we got a room , i coulsnt sleep because the aircon wasnt working properly , the room was stuffy , insects behind the blind making noise , the tv wasnt working. I am so disappointed in this hotel, in the past it was good but now its a nightmare, i expected a good welcome as a frequent guest but im not happy with the service, i cant complain enough how bad was my experience in the last 2 nights .no sleep, depressed mood, fatigue, frustration.

Nearby to JIExpo.Opposite the famous masjid akbar night market which has a variety of good food. location was difficult to find at first. Main entrance is not prominent enough. Overall, good experience.

Pros - very nice and friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, easy check in/out, good for travelers who like new experience Cons - room is noisy..I can hear next door neighbour conversation and music from corridor. Not good for travelers who seek some quiet moment

I choosed a non smoking room, but on my second day when I back to my room, that was completelly full of cigarrette smell. That never can happen...

You most have to be carefull with the places for non smoking, because the 2 day my room was invaded with cigarrete smell...

Hotel was close to jakarta expo. The room ( i had executive king room) was on 32nd floor, was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is located in the old 'grand palace building' and its exterior was pretty old and dark. The interior of the reception/lobby was also outdated, and it had a very local touch. The room I stayed in was completely renovated, fresh, modern furniture, modern colors and very spacious. The gym was ok as well (tredmill, bicycle, skywalker, weights, bench, but no yogamat or ball). There is nothing much in the direct vicinity of the hotel, for dinner you would have to take a taxi or eat at the hotelrestaurant. Breakfast was ok. I liked mostly the room, the price, the staff ( all very friendly ), I did not like the exterior, the immediate surroundings of the hotel or the dark and old lobby area/reception area. But this is based on your own preference.

Nice hotel close to my office
Receptionist very pleasant. Recognised me because I used this hotel often. Gave me a very good room and took care of our staff who lives in this hotel. The staff are very pleasant and friendly too

Worst hotel I could imagine. Motel like service. The restaurant is very poor. They do not understand what hospitality and customer service means. Would definitely not recommend anyone this hotel

Booked and paid for King Size Bed and when checked-In they said the King Size Bed room was not available and gave me the double bed room where the room is extremely small and you can't hardly walk to go to the other bed because the room is very tight.

Room was excellent, but wifi slow, and TV blurry
This is a true 4 star hotel with a pool that wraps around 3 buildings. There was a party the night I checked in so there was free buffet food. The wifi speed was pretty slow at around 0.5. All the channels on the TV were blurry. If you are going to use the pool, go to the spa to get a pool towel and they have locks to put your stuff.

Good but cleanliness to be improved
We arrived at the hotel a couple of hours earlier than the check in time and less than 10 minutes, the room key was given to us so we were able to explore the city. Unfortunately, when we returned to hotel at night time, we realized that the bedsheet was somehow a bit dusty and there were some ants seen.

i reserved for king size bed and smoking room, but what i got was non smoking room and a fake king size bed. it was a twin bed but modified, looks like king size bed. the room was very small, smallest room i ever had. really sucks, i'll never come back again

Best Western was the best choice for me in Jakarta
I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel during my biz trip. The location is great to access JIExpo and also not too far from the down town Jakarta. Room is very comport and the breakfast is also not bad considering the reasonable hotel rate. The most impressive thing was their kindness. Every staff greeted me with smile every time I ran into them. When I lost my cell phone at a taxi, the staff did best effort to trace the taxi and call to the customer service center on be half of me eventhough I finally couldn't find my cell phone. Special thanks to the Ms. Nurida. You are truly one of my best memory in Jakarta.

Comfortable hotel but nowhere to go outside
Used this hotel for a one night layover. It was reasonable and clean. But there was no where to walk outside, no reasonable restaurants, places to visit nearby. Beware if you need to get to ghe airport during busy traffic times that it could take much longer.

Service was really good. Food was so so only. Nothing to shout about. The major issue was waiting for the lifts as they have only 2 and it took a long time (if you catch it at the wrong time) for your turn

差勁
電梯要等很久，馬桶壞掉整晚漏水停不了，房間電壓不足，沒辦法用吹風機，熱水不夠熱，床單枕頭套都是灰色的，晚上睡覺有小蟲在床上要，早餐難吃。 櫃台小姐非常親切，動作快。旁邊有便利商店。 整體而言，差到不行。

저렴한 호텔을 찾는다면 좋지만....
크게 불편한 것은 없었으나 좋았다는 느낌도 없음 공항 셔틀을 신청하고 준비하겠다는 회신도 받았으나 공항에 나와 있지 않았음 호텔이 낡은 느낌이 많고 창틀을 휴지 같은 것으로 지저분하게 막아놓았음

Executive Room=SUPER DELUX?
Executive Roomを予約したが、SUPER DELUXと言うカテゴリーにない部屋をアサインされた。 隣でチェックインしている人もExecutive Roomを予約しているようで、そちらの方はExecutive Roomをアサインされていました。レセプションはSUPER DELUXはExecutive Roomと同じと言われていたが、納得がいかず何度となく抗議をしたが、最後のほうは先方が半ギレ状態になり仕方なく引きました。このホテルではこれが1度ではなく半年ぐらい前もExecutive Roomを予約したが、その下のグレードの部屋をあてがわれました。会社も近く場所的には重宝しているが、次回は違うところに泊まります。
