"Arrived early and hotel was able to accommodate, which was of utmost importance to me as I was traveling with my parents after a 13 hr flight from the US. Stayed at other hotels in Dubai and they can not come close to this kind of service. Mahmud and Julius had superb customer facing skills. They were kind, patient and hospitable. Their excellence and ability to make us feel welcomed makes me want to stay here every trip in Dubai! Swissotel is also greatly located in Deira. Thank you"

"The hotel itself is beautiful and is in a great location. Close to many of the main attractions you would want to see when visiting Dubai. The staff were very attentive and kind. Which make all the difference. I would recommend Dusit Thani to anyone. Also you cant miss it with its unique building. "
