"The location of acqua is very appropriate. The place was fairly clean, the dish soap, hand soap can be improved for sure. The next door neighbor was extremely loud for about 8hours, we think the administration should’ve done something about it. Swimming pool very nice. Jaco is such a great town, fun to go out, great dining, the beach gorgeous and the ocean magnificent! For sure we will come back to Jaco not so sure to come back to The same condominium."

"Hotel is definitely not a high star fancy hotel. Bathrooms were super outdated. The bar was always closed. No breakfast offered. Seemed like a lonely ghost hotel. Parking was a great and I felt safe most importantly in spite of NOT seeing any security."

"Friendly staff, quiet area. Had a hard time figuring out how the shower actually worked… and the beach is good if you’re a surfer, otherwise you won’t like it at all. I just wanted to be near Manuel Antonio (which was like an hour and a half away) so it was good. "

"First of all, the staff is SO accommodating! The ground floor has a bar and in ground pool. The beach is feet from the front of the building. Upstairs on the fourth floor is a rooftop bar where they serve free breakfast each morning. Hotel rooms are full apartments and include balcony’s on the oceanfront. The only down side is the appliances are very outdated in the rooms which led to our refrigerator barely keeping things cold. Overall, this is best hotel in Jaco at this price point! "

"The front desk employees were very kind and accomodating. The manager was very helpfull on a request and handled it very proffessionally Housecleaning did an excellent job cleaning my room. The only thing thst needed attention was the water pressure in the shower. It was extremely weak and should be looked at. Overall I had a great experience"

"Had a great stay wish they communicated better on the check in/out process as it is different from a hotel and I didnt have a contact number before I arrived."

"The condominium was great but bed are horrible old mattresses. None off the beds were comfortable and they charge $600+ for a night. Washer and dryer were not working. Called customer service but no answer."
