- I accidentally picked the 'smoking' room, but they changed me to non-smoking for free! - I couldn't really figure out how to get room service (cleaning/etc) - front-desk was hit-miss with English, but translation app worked well enough - despite being on the 4th floor, this street is very quiet at night. Where-as in another city I stayed on the 8th floor, and it was noisier because the street - a nice distance to Ueno park, and maybe 200m from Yanka Ginza shopping street. Get the Chestnut dessert, really good
