"Our room was very clean and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos. We were on the 2nd floor and faced the main road. With the windows closed, there was minimal noise from outside. The hotel itself was very quiet. The location is quite good as it is outside of the main tourist areas but there is a bus only a 5 minute walk away which will take you to Brussels Centraal. We stayed here 2 nights at the start of our holiday and one night at the end."

"I didn't like anything. The comforter is so hairy that I had some pieces all over my hair. The bathroom was stinky. Everything is all. The bathroom door is rusty and the breakfast is worst. We paid for the packing they assigned one for us, as soon as we moved someone parked there and the only thing they can say is... Sorry. I will never go there! "

"Don’t go! Skanky, no one there to let me in or register me, even though I booked well in advance. I will seek a reimbursement or tell my bank to challenge the charge. No one returned my call while I waited and so I walked about two blocks to the Warwick, which was an excellent experience."
