"Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us."

"Space is what this property has in abundance. We could have had two families share this unit. It was great, loved having a washing machine and detergent available. The instructions to find the apartment were great. An easy trip by subway 2-3 stops into Odori Park and Sapporo central. The only draw backs were that the beds are quite firm and we picked up a musky smell in the unit, but this seemed to reduce after a couple of days. "

"繁忙期なのに安かったので不安でしたが、素晴らしい施設でした。ただ、暖房がリビングにだけあって部屋の中には無かったので部屋がとても寒かったです。ドアを開けて部屋を暖めたのですが、結果的に風邪を引いてしまいました。この部分を注意事項として強調するか、後々改善されるといいですね。その部分以外はとても満足で、おすすめします。"

"Not really as pictured. Very basic, building is a bit shabby and it’s quite dull inside. Basic but very clean. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay where we wanted to cook and wash clothes. "First time staying here at this hotel near Nakajimakoen (usually stayed in Odori) - and I am pleasantly surprised with the facilities, well equipped for a long stay. "We stayed as a family of four. The accommodation was clean, and it was comfortable to have two washstands and shower booths each. Also, the size of the refrigerator was large, and all kitchen items were prepared, so it was convenient.
