Precisam melhorar o atendimento e estrutura
Hotel pecou muito em algumas situações. Principalmente de início quando já havia sido cobrado o valor total da reserva em um dos meus cartões, SEM AUTORIZAÇÃO ou quaisquer pergunta. Solicitei atendimento e alguns atendentes me informaram que havia sido um colega que lançou errado. Já outros, me informaram que era situação normal e outros falaram que havia sido o sistema do hotel. Alguém resolveu? Não! Ficou na mesma situação. Além disso, são dois elevadores lentos para 18 andares. Um caos. E Meu quarto não havia cobertor.

Hotel incrível, colaboradores cordiais, quarto grande e confortável, uma vista incrível, chuveiro com banho a gás, café da manhã delicioso e muito diversificado, garagem coberta incluído na estadia, hotel conta com academia 24h e piscina aquecida. Super recomendo.
