Not according to the pictures and a big lie. Pool doesn't exist The room is very small as soon as you open the door, half a meter, the bed. My advice to anyone who wants to book this hotel is a big no. I was extremely disappointed and not valued for money. It's a ripped off. Never again

Awesome
I love this hotel and stay there every time I visit Istanbul.Reasonable price for Aksaray ,the rooms are very clean and have all you need .super close to historic attractions and easy access to most places in Istanbul. Most importantly what I like about the good hotel is All the staff were really friendly and happy to help regardless of time the team on reception are so nice and accommodating.A big thank you to Mehmet for looking after me during my stay. I will be back!

The staff were very helpful. The front desk people had good English which helped as negotiate Istanbul on our own! Breakfast had a variety of options.

Staff were not friendly and communications were not the best due to language barrier. Room service was not always available (one day our room was not cleaned at all!!). Bathroom was old and not enough supplies in it (you must order continuously). Location was close to the market which is convenient.

Great hotel with am amazing pool!
Lovely stay. Nice clean comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff whom answered all of our questions. Beautiful rooftop pool with an amazing view. Also close to the tramvay -local public transport. Would stay again! 10/10!

A Gem in Istanbul
Hotel Istanbul Trend has the appearance of being new; perhaps then it is not too old. The breakfast was sufficient with limited choice. Its location was fantastic. It is possible to visit all sights on foot and dispense with public transport and taxis all together. If however one is wanting transport, then the Metro and tram lines are just minutes away, as are buses and the Yenikapi ferry terminal. The hotel has 2 pools, one of which is rooftop. For the small price paid compared to other hotels in the area this was the icing on the cake. With a free sauna and a pay extra massage service this hotel was great.

a very small bed not comfortable mattress . smal tv . unclear channels . no kettler no drink water . and one of the staff ask us to pay $ 10 to make belman help with a small cargo while taxi to a far away area could charge 4 to 5 USD .. not a good experience .

Hotel is in a busy area which is safe. Room was clean and modern. Bathrooms / towels all clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Perfect for an overnighter. Excellent WiFi. Good breakfast.

Went to Istanbul with parents, they left a day early so I needed a hotel to crash in for an additional day so booked this as it was cheap. Room was nice, hotel was decent for price with breakfast included. Breakfast was packed in the morning so I decided to go out and eat. Overall value for money

Average hotel and services
The hotel overall was a 3*. Room was average size and location was in the city centre with plenty of noise about. Not.enough to disturb though. The tram stop was rwo min walk away for all the local attractions and lots of restaurants to choose from close by. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Rasul the night manager was our favourite. In terms of cleanliness there were a few let downs like the toilet brush looked like it was extremely old and I don't even want to describe the dirt in and around that. Services were lacking where there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. This was especially a problem for me as I needed a constant supply of boiled water for my 3 month old infants milk. There was no iron in the room or to borrow from the front desk so I had to send our clothes out to get ironed from the local laundrette which meant more cost. Oh and the TV only had news in English the rest of the channels were pretty much Turkish. I did like the power shower very spacious and clean.

A 24 hour stopover on my way to Ankara. The hotel is right in the middle of Lalalei and perfect for my business. The hotel staff were very helpful.

Well, we did get soem sleep on the 3rd night! The rooms on the back of the hotel are next to a noisy bar that plays music until 3am. The rooms on the front face a busy highway.The staff tried hard, but sadly this is one hotel I will never be revisiting - I like to get some sleep.

Could had been better!
The neighborhood is not nice, but is well located, near the old part of the city and very near the transfer, that is a very good way to move around the city. The walls of the room were so thin, that we had a hard time to fall asleep because there was a baby crying and talking until late at night in the next room, and in the other room someone had the tv on and very loud until very late! The people at the Hotel were very nice, but the person at the front desk made us fall into a tourist trap. When we arrive, we asked if they could ask for a taxi to go and have something to eat. He answered: "Why take a taxi, there is a very nice place to eat and they pick you up for free!" After a very, very long trip to arrive, we couldn´t think very clearly and we accepted. It was the most expensive meal that we had in all our trip! We even went to London, eat well and cheaper!
