The hotel location is very nice. I didn't like the breakfast, I got vomited because of the food.

The stay was not good at all, i booked a room and it was upgraded gratefully by the receptionist but unfortunately the ac was not working at all, it was like a sauna.. after that i got a worse option with a room with 3 small beds barely our bags were fitting.. i requested for a baby crib which was not there even there was no place if available. I had to make my baby sleep on the floor to avoid falling.. i don’t recomment this hotel as the price is high for the given rooms. On the check out, many customers were shouting complaining about the ac.

People must be honest when writing comments about hotels. Five staff at the front desk with no English very rude with attitude and hard to deal with. Very dirty rooms,hardly they change bed sheets,i stayed 14 nights and every day few things missing ,the cleaner don't really care even though i email the hotel in Turkish language to follow up,they just ignored me. They do have a problem with foreigners and never appreciate the amount of money people spend to keep them going.

Terrible hotel in the very bad Area All of the gays around hotel not safe at all 1- NO HOT WATER 2- NO AC 3- NO PHONE LINE 4- VERY BAD SMELL IN BATHROOM Don’t waste time and money on this property enjoy your vacation somewhere else

This hotel should be rated as 2 or 3 stars max. The rooms were very outdated. Wall are dirty the furniture and carpets were ripped. The entrance of the hotel is in a very busy and dangerous intersection, cars are rushing ver fast. The taxi couldn’t stop at the hotel entrance to drop our bags, we had to be dropped far and rolled our bags up hill to reach the hotel entrance.

It is not 4star, it looks 3 star! It’s like a boutique hotel more,the only thing I was happy with was our room size (executive double room ). Everything else I was not happy with, specially the asansor(lift ) it is so small only two people can go to asansor!! Breakfast room is at 9th floor and every morning you have the lift problem to get to the breakfast room! Once we were in the lift another two people came and the lift didn’t work and it was so scary! Only location is close to taksim sq that’s all.also their staff not very nice.

The service is very poor. Asked the reception two times about heating problem my room, they didn't bother. Asked to change the room it didn't work either.

Location central and staff very friendly but the noise from the street was awful could not get any sleep. The view from the breakfast room was lovely. Room was not very clean smelled of cigarettes and was very dusty

Very close to Taksim square and services which make its location perfect. Very nice, polite and helpful staff. They need to improve thier in-room services and need to be cleaner. The breakfast was below expectations, and was exactly the same for the 4 days I stayed there

The hotel stuff are stubborn and they don’t know how to deal with people, I paid One extra night just because they didn’t double check for a late check out! And while using the elevator you wait so much time because it only contains 2 elevators.
