Nice hotel but toilet bowl is not clean enough. There is a bit unclean poop inside the bowl. There is also stain in cofee cup. I washed it at the sink to use. No free park. I park at the car park area beside the hotel cross the road. Other than that, everything is good. Located in city center, near kfc and the store. Big toilet but no shampoo provided. Only body soap.

Great location with many eateries surrounding area
Big room for 3 of us. Good location with many eateries, shops and mall around the area. Pizza Hut just beside the hotel and KFC just cross the road. Nice location to get around many Ipoh attraction site including the Railway station.

No car park
All is okay. The only thing is car park is not available for the hotel. Free parking only available after 6pm at public parking. Between 8-5.59pm, you need to put your own car park coupon. Hotel do not provide free parking. Suitable for people who does not drive. Lobby is at 1st floor. Suggestion to put lobby at ground floor. Easy to access to public

We had a good sleep the whole night. The hotel staff is helpful to assist us to put the parking kupon early morning..so we dont have hassle to come down

Stay at Ipoh City
Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Walkable distance to food stalls. There was a night market that was near to the hotel. Weather there were a bit hot than we expected. Somehow did not see many cabs plying on the road but able to use GRAB service if want to travel further from the hotel.

Highly Not Recommended
The room have small cockroach crawling out from toilet hole during night time, disgusting. No extra time given during check out. I reach hotel on 12.05 pm, only late for 5 minute, my access card cant unlock the door already. only 2 free parking with minimal chances for u to park.

Decent stay
The staff was very nice and the room was okay. It was a decent size. The TV mounted on the column in the middle of the room was a bit awkward at times. Good water pressure in the shower. Easy walk to many restaurants.

Excellent service from the hotel's reception
Joyce from the front desk offered to help us with the purchase of souvenirs as we had a tight schedule. She made a special trip back to the hotel to deliver the goodies after her shift had ended. We truly appreciate this gesture of hospitality. This hotel provides service that rivals that of more expensive ones.

Never want to come back again.
I did not expected spacious room for this budget hotel. But it was rather disgusting with the bedshit and towels are off white and stained. I did upload a photo in trip adviser with comparing own white sock. You can see my white sock are much whiter than the linen an d towels. Overall I did not expect any service from this hotel, and I will not reccomanded this hotel to any of my friend.

Glad to see the back of that place..
I stayed four nights at the Ipoh Boutique Hotel and didn’t manage to get one comfortable nights sleep. The bed was fine but the pillows were like rocks. The towels they supplied were grey and hard, and the walls of the room were damaged and filthy (R409) as was the overall condition of the hotel. My room was overrun with wildlife including a few beetles, mosquitoes and several ants, that took me a couple of days afterwards removing them from my suitcase and rucksack!! But on a positive side, the bathroom, shower and Air Con unit was very good and the Wifi excellent. The location of the hotel was great, walking distance from old and new town but also very close to several local eating places. I wanted to open the curtains to get some real light into the room, but they were jammed! But hey, it wasn’t like I was missing the Serengeti migration or something.

Clean and comfortable. Good location .
This hotel is clean and sited a the center of the city. There are many good eating places around for breakfast. We are very happy with the hotel. Travelled with my kids and they enjoyed the Lost World water themepark.

You will be fine if you don't expect too much
The hotel has only 3 complimentary parking lots on a first come first basis. There are other payable public lots around and if you can find one the hotel can help you place parking coupons but will charge to your room. From the lobby at the 2nd level we walk into an area that felt like a car park where our rooms are located. Nit sure if rooms at other floors are in a similar situation. While the other 3 rooms were ok, mine has no door from the shower cubicle so the floors in the bath room gets wet. The least they could install a shower curtain. No toiletries provided except 2 small piece of soap. The supposedly white towels is kind of a dark giving the feel that it had not been professionally washed. Pillows was quite hard. Despite my rooms being fully charged to my card the hotel need us to pay RM50 for each of the rooms I booked as security deposit in case we damage anything. I was not happy with this rules as its the first I come across. I have to say though that the location was pretty good with The Store very near to hotel and the duty staff was polite and helpful to show on a local map the popular spot nearby

Best budget hotel
Very convenient location. Easy transfer from bus terminal by local bus or taxi. Early check-in. Local food were fantastic (ie. nasi ganja, chicken rice, mee goreng & so on) cheap and good. Will definitely stay again.

ipoh boutique hotel.
The deluxe family room is nice if you have a young child running around. Very roomy indeed. The bathroom is nice and refurbished. The beds are on the hard side. But overall a good choice for the money. But boutique.. :-)

Small, Low end, Budget Hotel
This is a fairly new hotel, so it was basically ok, but also very basic and small. Overall it is ok as a low-end budget hotel, but does not offer much else other than a room. The least enjoyable part of our two night stay was finding a cockroach in the bathroom on the second night. Also, we discovered on arrival that there is very limited parking, the access roads are very busy, and the neighborhood is a bit dodgy. On our next trip to Ipoh, we will definitely stay somewhere else, even if we have to pay a bit more.

イポー観光に家族で4泊利用しました。 街の繁華街にもほど近く、便利な立地です。 階下はピザハット、道を挟んてスーパーやコンビニ、KFCなどがあり概ね不自由しません。 アメニティは必要最低限でしたが、ミネラルウォーター、コーヒーは毎日補充されました。 お部屋の掃除はやや雑です。 寝るだけの我々にとっては、必要十分でした。

体調不良の為、2泊しかしていない。 病院しか行っていないので、良く解らなかった。 1日早く入ってしまったが、オーナーの配慮で、ずらしてくれた。 緊急で、KLに行くことになり、冷房付のTAXIを呼んでいただき、助かった。

Gelukkig waren we op doorreis en zijn maar 1 nacht in dit hotel geweest. 1 kamer had geen ramen, 2e kamer was aan de straatkant, drukke weg en airco werkte niet. Ik verwacht niet veel voor €25,- per nacht per kamer maar het hotel bevindt zich in een slechte buurt. We hebben ratten over straat zien lopen.

クアラルンプール最終発の列車利用だったので、深夜でのチェックインでしたが、スムーズにチェックイン出来ました。１Ｆの入口扉にはスタッフが一人いたので、安全に宿泊出来るHOTELの一つだと思われます。 "Boutique Hotel"の名称が付いていますが、経済的HOTELの感が強いです。 部屋は綺麗に清掃されていて、シャワー等水回りも問題ありませんでした。 飲茶やもやしと鶏料理の人気店にも近いので、イポーの食べ歩き等に便利なHOTELです。

ビジネスホテルですね。
新市街のホテルが多くあるエリアにあります。旧市街の駅からだと徒歩20-30分です。 1階にピザ屋があり、受付は2階です。エレベーターは、部屋の階はカードキーが無いと止まりません。デポジットが50マレーシアリンギット必要でした。 まだ新しいのか部屋は綺麗で、二人で問題無い広さでした。シャンプー、シャワージェル、石鹸、ドライヤーあり。シャワーのお湯もOKです。WIFIもサクサクつながりました。

スタッフは親切で、部屋も清潔です。道路沿いの部屋は騒音が響きます。
　フロントは無いとの情報でしたが、１時頃に行くとスタッフがロビーの受付カウンターに居て部屋は清掃中だがチェックインはしてもらえて荷物もあづかってくれました。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。４時頃再び行くと鍵をくれました。部屋はシンプルながら清潔です。広さも十分なものでした。ただ道路沿いの部屋でしたので一晩中車のエンジン音、警笛音が結構響きました。幸い耳栓を持っていましたが、２〜３回夜中に目が覚めました。神経質な方にはチョットきついと思います。
