Great place to stay, great communication, easy check in and out. Only complaint is the pillows had hairs which was very disgusting.

Nicely situated directly on a golf course. The gated situation was confusing at times or lines out the road to enter but perhaps due to peak season. Definitely dated and maybe part of the retro vibe but needs some TLC

We were surprise that they did away with the washer and dryer in the apartment. That was the main reason we chose to stay there. The builds in the trees were to loud very early in the morning. The apartment did have the space we needed. They also did away with the vacation rentals using the tennis courts. So much has changed and that’s a bummer.

People in the office were very personable and helpful. Hated the gate system, couldn't get in several times.

The property is dated but in spite of that the accommodations were up to par and the furniture modern. The kitchen was fully equipped with service for 6, the capacity of all units. The grounds are well maintained and in excellent condition. Two swimming pools and hot tubs are within easy walking distance of all the units. The office staff was very helpful in spite of the difficulty of getting in contact prior to our arrival. I turned out later there was a technical problem with the phone line. By way of the reservation phone contact found on the Internet, I was able to get another number for the office. WE did not make use of the hotel and restaurant on the property or the golf course.

The place wasn’t what I’d call accurately described, but at least it was clean enough and the pool being close by was nice for a quick morning swim. Too expensive for what it is.

The surrounding area looks a little bit like section 8 towards the back. Also, the pool is very loud and there was a lot of people and the furniture inside. The condo is very cheap and uncomfortable.

I have stayed here two years in a row. This time, the room was a bit dingy, the tv remote didn't work, wasn't as clean as last year. We only stayed for one night, and I am happy we didn't have to spend much longer than that here.

Good Condo but access is tricky
The place was clean and convenient. My only complaint was how difficult it was to find out the sign-in/ key access process. I received an email a few days before the stay from an entity completely unfamiliar with no mention of VRBO or the community name. It took some work to figure out who to call to find out the check-in process. You don't get the actual address of the unit until you enter the community and go to the rental office..

Not a great choice
Property is very poorly equipped for cooking. Two pots and a baking sheet is what is provided. The unit is as shown but not all are Golf Front as described. We had to request to moved. Second bedroom TV does not exist. Back units are very noisy from street traffic. Several units are rented to locals and there seems to be no rules regarding control of their dogs. It also does not give any sort of vacation vibe. The golf course is very poor see reviews separately. Pool area is nice but no brush to clean BBQ and half the outdoor lights do not work. Open garbage bins so parking lots have litter blowing around. Common comment from talking with other guests is they wouldn't return and we feel the same way.

No a good place to stay
The place is decent the problem is trying to get a hold of someone after if you have a problem you are on your on. The wifi is really bad and the AC didn’t work. I don’t think I would ever want to stay there unless I really needed

Property is well maintained. Water grass a little too much at night. Kitchen counters and bathrooms could use update but we have stayed here many times location is great for us works well for us.

Got checked in early but did not go to work until later evening. Had no heat. No on site office at night. Notified next day and maintenance said the room was not to be occupied as furnance new and not yet hooked up. When reading the official rules, saw where room has a seal on door after cleaned and sanitized. No seal on our door . Rooms were fine, nice location.

Could not use the tub because it’s cracked. No one offered to clean our room and when we asked no one showed up. Also what was odd they could not fix our dish washer unless we were out of our room. Other then that everything else was pleasant. Staff was very pleasant and kept an orderly environment

This property was great! Michael and the team communicated everything perfectly as we arrived late on our check in date, it was perfectly located for the points of interest we visited. Even with the heatwave, us Minnesotans had a great stay, I would definately reccomend and return!

Weekend getaway, ok stay
Overall it was comfortable. The dishes were not clean as it stated it was. We pulled out a bowl that was completely dirty and i just rewashed what we were going to use. it can use some maintenance on the paint in the bathroom and the stools at the bar were very worn out.

Loved it
We really enjoyed staying here. The only thing they could of done better is give good directions to the office, as the place is very large, but the condo was great. Would love to stay there again!
