"Staff was awesome at helping me with many questions. Facilities were good & comfortable. The immediate location is dirty but very centrally located and enough off the main 24/7 road to make it more relaxing. Breakfast was excellent. The only issue for me was having a room next to reception so I heard the doorbell a lot. The local power grid is a bit unreliable but works most of the time."

"The location is excellent for temple visit, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms have a musty/moldy smell, though linen was fresh and bathrooms were clean. There was sofa in the room which was very dirty, and I was worried there is mold! The room would have looked better and would have been more functional without the sofa! Bablu and Vijay were very helpful towards my needs...they even borrowed me their bicycle so I could fetch some essentials on the evening of my arrival. They arranged breakfast every morning and provided me with a map of Goa which allowed me to plan my excursions. "I stayed for almost a week here. Property is large and well maintained. Room is quiet. Staff is what made all the difference though. Lokesh, Illy, Chand et al were always attentive. Even when they didn’t get something right first time, they were willing to redo it. Breakfast was delicious. I used the gym which had new equipment. I will stay here again. If I were to nitpick, WiFi was weak inside room, restaurant ushers were too stubborn in meeting my request for a window table (even though one was always available and I have a phobia), elevator key card reader was faulty. Everything else was excellent. "
