"酒店布置很雅，處處可見老闆的用心，而且沒有大飯店的喧鬧。老街全區是開發商設計建造，房子不高所以沒有電梯。房間不像一般酒店用數字編號，所以check in後，會由櫃台接待人員引領至房間，否則第一次應該找不到。 在酒店用早餐，就像在家裡一樣自在，非常舒服。酒店隨處可見員工精心種植的玻璃缸水生植物，不過因為正值夏天天氣熱，缸裡有孑孓，還好房間裡沒有蚊子。經向酒店人員反映，看得出他們是因為不了解那是蚊子的幼蟲，而不是懶得換水處理。 平常外出返回酒店後，櫃台人員見你一進大門，就會通知後台工作人員幫你打開房間冷氣，非常貼心。 "

"The JOYMOON hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel was amazing for the price. Service checking-in was a bit questionable. No smiles or welcoming - all business! I stayed on the main road side which was very loud with the chronic sounds of vehicle horns of all hours. If you're planning a trip to the Yellow Mountains - JOYMOON is quite a distance from the mountains - short cab ride from hotel to bus (7 CNY) then "local" bus to town outside mountain area...

"I stayed 3 nights. Hotel clerks are very helpful but lack English. I am fluent in Mandarine so there is no issue. However, if I don't know Chinese I would have a difficult time to communicate. Location of the hotel is very close to the Ols St. Market. For the price, it was great."

"It's nice to be so close to the mountain so you can get it in and out easily. However the staff refused to call a taxi for us to get around town, instead forcing us to call their (unlicensed) friends, who of course charged significantly more. Clearly a racket to take advantage of foreigners and wildly unethical for any paid hotel staff. The manager said he would look into this."

"Stayed one night before and after our visit to Huangshan mountain. Hotel room was huge with a kitchen and really big indoor balcony. Only smoking rooms available but didnt smell smoke at all in the room. Cigarette burns on chairs and carpets. New appliances inside however our electronic door handle was taped onto the back of the door. A bit out of the way of anything happening in town but taxis are really cheap to take anywhere. Buffet breakfast in the morning has a ton of variety including chef...

"Nice hotel, great view, great location, but will love it more if the swimming pool’s bigger with a view as well would b nice. Overall experience are nice."
