It was misleading because the listing says room service is included and available, but you have to request it and sometimes it is hard to get in touch with the management. "Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. "Overall good - staff (friendly and helpful), location outstanding to Waikiki Beach, shopping, food, and local markets/events. Room clean and sufficient for overnight stay (we were heading out on a cruise next day). Murphy bed was comfortable enough but difficult to get to go back in properly. Overall stay was good but was surprised at the high additional resort charge for a 1 night stay! "

"Jacques was amazing and so helpful!! Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful!! The outside of the hotel wasn’t impressive, but the room was really nice and updated. The full kitchen was awesome with so many appliances with the rice cooker and the blender. It was very comfortable and functional. Worked perfectly for me and my kids. "
