I enjoyed my stay at The Pottinger. Love the location and accessibility. Staff may lack some experience and knowledge but they are genuinely helpful and attentive. The furniture does need an upgrade, both quality and structure. All in all, I would definitely consider staying again at the Pottinger. I stayed at the Signature Suite and I have my eyes set on the Pottinger Suite next time :)

I arrived at the hotel earlier than check-in time, but they provided me with the room an hour ahead. Their service was good and the room is clean and neat. I will consider going to this hotel again. :)

i love the historical books inside the room. amazing. especially when i see the old pictures of pottinger street and look outside to the present pottinger street. its an interesting time travel experience.

Comfy stay in city centre
I was there for business and the clean & quiet room allowed me to rest well for the hectic work the other day. The room is in good confition, staff members are polite and willing to help. I borrowed the steamer which works perfectly, saved my effort.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere
We love staying here. This was our second time. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel decoration is quite beautiful and creates a calm and peaceful atmosphere. At some point, I needed a hair pin and one of the staff members actually gave hers to me which I thought was the swwtest gesture and nice touch of hospitality.
