"Great bargain B&B. Shared bathroom is clean. Great shower pressure. Rosemary is an amazing host - hospitable and so friendly. We arrived really late at night and she was kind enough to feed us as there didn’t seem to be a lot of late night food options in the area. Easy to find street parking. Bus stop into downtown Belfast is just across the street. About a 30min bus ride to center of city. (Tip: buy a day pass for the bus via the mLink app, £3.70). "

Brian and Cora were lovely hosts, provided all the information I needed for my stay, were very helpful in making dinner reservations, very accommodating to my schedule for checking out, and provided great relaxation services on short notice. "Surprising for a B&B that breakfast is an extra. Also surprising that although we booked a 3 person room there was an additional charge as a couple Room well prepared except for tea making facilities - only 2 tea bags, broken biscuits and a chocolate bar to share"

"Isobel, Is a superior host! Very Welcoming!!! The property is amazing and easy to find. Very clean and spacious. Quality linens. Our room had an on suite bathroom. The breakfast was more than what we can eat. A for the quality of the breakfast and attentiveness of the host. We very much appreciated the restaurant and Beachwalk recommendations. We live in East Cork. We will return to Northern Ireland, twice a year and The Mulberry’s is the only place we will book. Thanks a million Isobel."
