"金沢の滞在中に大地震があった。 チェックインした部屋が地震で水漏れ等の影響があったが、スタッフの方がすぐに空きの部屋で地震の影響があるかチェックして、部屋替えをしてくれた。 金沢のご馳走がある店はもちろん、周囲のコンビニも空いていなかったため水分と食料の心配もあったが、スタッフの方がホテル内の自動販売機を紹介してくれて助かった。 余震もあり一晩不安な夜を過ごしたが、スタッフの方の丁寧な対応で安心した。 連泊する予定だったが、不安もあり翌朝帰った。 金沢にまた行こうと思う。"

" we were not happy about this choice...have regretted that i should have got mitsui garden hotel instead. first of all, we could not find the place though we drove around the area for more than 40 minutes. to make the matter worse, friend's new lexas got stuck and could not get out the narrow street. took at least stressful 30 minutes. we gave up and asked a barber shop. i had to run around another 30 minutes and finally found the place, but nobody was inside...only the number for emergency...i...

The property is new, modern and comfortable though it looks old and traditional from outside. "We had a fantastic stay at the Mitsui Garden. The hotel was spotless and felt brand new. The rooms were on the small side but well appointed. We really enjoyed the lounge seats and view from the top floor onsen. It was a convenient location with Omicho Market, the Castle grounds, and Korinbo area a short walk away. Really most of the sites around town are walkable from the hotel but using the excellent bus system allows you to save time. The JR station is not far but definitely a taxi ride...
