"Short stay booked to attend a wedding function as location is ideal if travelling around. We did however have a number of problems with one of the rooms booked (AC not working, safe / cupboard lock requested to be fixed). Was raised with the staff but no one fixed during the stay which wasn’t ideal. Food options limited with water and hot drinks only offered (no soft drinks). "

"Absolutely terrible experience here leaving the only good thing being the time I left. "The hotel is tidy and clean but the confusing part is that the brochure in the hotel says that the check out time is 12 noon while the reception rang us saying that the check out time is 10am. This causes inconvenience to guests"
