The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location is good too. It was a walking distance to the Asean Market, Diana Mall and JT square.

Very enjoyable stay in Hat Yai
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and the room allocated very nice. All of the staff I encountered were all extremely helpful and courteous particular they young girl in the restaurant who was very patient and helpful when I was selecting different things to try.👍 I used the swimming pool which was excellent and gym which is very small. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the main town centre but the Diana shopping centre is only 5 minutes walk away and has a good selection of shops and food outlets.

Location is great. The room cleanliness was okay, but the room is quite old. Breakfast was a la carte due to COVID19 pandemic so not too many customers at the hotel. Hotel was quiet and safe. Overall was okay for me.

Not sure if there's any better ones
Spacious and clean room. Only thing is we were staying in another block away from the main which wasn't as convenient. Shops around were mostly closed. Thankfully there's the Diana complex within walking distance that offered reasonable interest.

If you can find another option try to avoid it.
House keeping was only coming by to change towels and make bed . Room was never cleaned during my stay . Room service food was very good tho hence im not giving it a one star

hotel is good but location is bad during the rain
when the weather is good, the hotel is conveniently located near the night markets but there is almost no food nearby and when it rains, there is no shelter to anywhere.

Close to night markets, central festival and diana shopping. Room is spacious and clean. Air con is quiet. Only one electrical socket. Breakfast is ok. Emailed property on airport transfer and reply was quick.

Great Hotel But My Stay Was Below Budget Standard
Reached Hotel by Bike & Covered carpark provided, although some walking distance to my room at the Annex block. There are underground carpark at B1 under the Annex block but my bike was not allow to park. During online booking with Special requests for High Floor & Panoramic view & check in, asked for a pool view room & was immediately replied with no rooms are facing the pool at all, so I asked for a high floor unit & was replied my room was "assigned" by the front desk on 15Jul2017, 12noon & was given room 2207 lvl 2. By the end of my stay, I found the same type of room on the high floor & facing the pool at room 2601. Picture attached. Toilet was well equipped, consumable provided & clean. Room size acceptable, air-condition could be improved as it was the warmest out of the 4 hotels in my this vacation. Breakfast was good spread & fresh! Swimming pool was good but room for improvement by warning sign for the deepness of the pool from 1.6metres to 0.6metre, I almost hit my head when I swim & reached the 0.6metre from the deepest side. Towel could be available earlier, I was told towel only available at 8am when I was intended to have breakfast meeting after a swim at 8.30am. Wifi signal was poor as my room is the furthest from the router, which is outside room 2201. Overall my view of this hotel is more for the local events where there are many halls & ballrooms

The room was clean and in good condition. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast could use an update as the food quality seemed a bit low. The pool is very nice and is great for swimming laps or for playing with children.

Clean room and comfy pillow with great location where we can find all places to drink and dine. But breakfast is just fine not very authentic as expected. Staff is very friendly especially the security guard who is finding parking lot for my car, even nice when they see we have elderly with wheelchair travelling with us.

An Average Stay
The oriental suite room was big, spacious and clean but very few English channels and most often the channels will freeze. In-room dining is limited to 11 p.m. Food is good though at the hotel's restaurant. Neighbourhood is boring, nothing much to do. After 10 p.m. is a dead town. Central Festival mall is about 10 min walk down from the hotel. That's about all the entertainment there is.
