"Very aesthetic hotel at the lake! We were here in May so it was still off-season and very quiet. Nice breakfast with many options and nice spa area. Staff was friendly but not very attentive. If you want to stay a few more hours after check out you have to pay 25€ per person, just for using the sauna/pool - a bit absurd. Dinner was okay but there are much better options in the surrounding area! Garage was fully bioked and would have costed extra as well. Considering the room prices not a nice...

"The hotel is very nice overall. If you arrive late (as we did, after 22:00), there is no one at the reception (not sure if it exists). However, you receive a code by email that lets you into the room that was recently redecorated. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good. Plenty of free public parking around the hotel."

"The hotel is right on the shore of the lake. If you walk up the main road from the hotel, you will find some excellent restaurants and wine cellars. A short walk away there are opportunities to rent windsurfing equipment. There were plenty of staff who spoke English."

"The listing is misleading. The fact that there is no elevator and no one to check you in is hidden in the fine print very well. Expedia did nothing to assist with this issue and even one agent was snarky enough to say: you should have read the whole listing. I appreciate Luauna who helped by making sure we were only charged for the one night and then the owner of the restaurant helped my party get to the train to Vienna."
