Overall this is a great hotel. But their checkout time is bit too early and they charge you for late checkout.

地点不错！前面大概走2分钟是朝市，附近也有7-11. 温泉，房间都ok！ 就窗外景色2/3停车场1/3海景不好看😅 早餐中规中距，普通该有的都有。 酒店门口就有巴士车站，方便没有驾车的人。 前面也有很大的付费停车场，自驾也没问题。

Hotel stuff people are very nice, clean room nearly build hotel, better than hotel i stayed Tokyo . Big nice view from bath tub(onsen water) on top of floor. Food is best( better than big hotel at Tokyo). Weekend is very busy with tourist so you might wait little bit to have breakfast but food is very good. I didn't see gym but you can jogging by water.

The hotel is very clean & room size is good. Onsen is great. Buffet breakfast spread is huge with free flow of fresh salmon roe, cod roe, tuna, salmon & squid sashimi. Food tastes yummy too! Best breakfast spread i have seen so far.

The breakfast was unexpectedly the best part of our stay. All staff were very helpful and their fast attention on us was exceptional. We loved the clean room and huge hot spring spa as well as the view from the room. The location was walking distance to the restaurants and the Hakodate Station.

This is an excellent hotel where I would stay again. My room (12th floor) was clean and comfortable; the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet selection and quality was among the best I’ve experienced. I had read to be prepared to wait to be seated. Staying for 3 nights – Thursday, Friday, and Saturday -- I waited no more than 5 minutes the first two days and about 15 on Sunday morning. Just bring something to read – the food is worth the wait. The hotel is about 2 blocks form the main JR Hakodate train station – an easy walk (taxis are available if raining). The hotel does not have send out laundry service which was a surprise. It does have coin operated washing machines. As a top-notch hotel I was disappointed there was no send out laundry service but that did not affect my rating – I’d gladly stay again.

Probably one of the best breakfast selection and quality they pay attention to the small details. overall very satisfied with room quality. nearby seafood market quality and price not as good as we had hoped.

Recent renovation, room and onsen facilities top class. Be ready to queue for breakfast, 8am booking saw us getting a table at 8:40am. It is worth the wait, spread and quality of the food blew us totally.

There was nothing we did not like. We found the hotel one of the best we have stayed in and the buffet breakfast was superb! The staff were very friendly and efficient. So all in all we plan another trip back in a couple of years and relive our wonderful experience.
