"What a fantastic trip. The service from the staff from start to finish was exemplary. Pick up was a shared limousine van. Pure luxury for the 2.5-3 hour transfer. When we got to the main boat we were served lunch which was beautiful. A great selection for all tastes. Happy Hour was twice a day and the bar man Alex was extremely generous with his portions. "Hotel was what we expected of 3 stars. The room size was ok, the mattress a bit hard and the heater is like not functioning as intended. Hot water needs to let the water run for 10 mins before it got heated. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and helped to prepare our breakfast for takeaway as we have to check out before 6am (bf starts at 630am). There are restaurant and street food surrounding the hotel. Overall the hotel is value for what we paid for."

"Night staff was not nice at the furst day and he cheated the currency conversion. I found that out on the next day. He wasn't nice on the second day either. I also booked a taxi but the taxi came 30 mins late so I was almost late for my flight. Hotel was very expensive compare to its facilities and its service. Hot noodle breakfast was very good though."
