The Bell boy service was excellent. I like how close it was to the cathedral. There were a lot of sightseeing oportunities within walking distance from the hotel. The bathroom was very small.

Was a good experience! Actually at the hotel everything was fine, except in the area around the hotel, is too dangerous and we had a bad experience.

The city is fixing the roads around the neighborhood. There is a lot of construction going on and that's why the area is dirty and noisy.

May be it will be nice to let people know about construction going on ; and very difficult access to the hotel. A lot of noise they kept working after hours ( Contruction). Right out side my window was all this construction!!! Employees very nice (everyone ) I liked the phrase on the wall very nice touch!!

Perla Central is the perfect place to stay and near everything in Guadalajara. The rooms are clean and the staff welcome you with a a great attitude. The food in the restaurant is delicious. I will stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall is a good place to stay. Inside is not noisy, you can get a goodnight sleep, just around the area it's kinda dirty

Being in the heart of the city has its perks and downsides. The hotel is situated where the bus station is so expect a lot of people around the property. The place is modern and clean. The concierge are very nice and accommodating. The room is adequate, AC is good. But the breakfast can use a little more variety.

I like staying at this property because I know what Im going to get for what I pay. Just pnce I had to request to be moved to a room in the pback if the hotel because the room next to the adjacent street was too noisy. Unlike other tourists, I do spend time at the hotel (I have my readons) and at this hotel they have reduced their TV options to having 30 something channels, which is fine, but no mire youtube access. Other than that, the rooms are a good size for what I pay, their mattresses are excellent and their showers are fantastic, good pressure, although a bad design on their glass doors let water come out and sometimes drip all the way outside the bathroom. BUT overall, I keep staying with them because of the location anf friendly staff. Thanks La Perla Central

The room was exactly as pictured and so that was nice. My only complaint was the shower head, it sprayed everywhere and leaked out the shower but once i moved it to the side, it served its purpose.

Luis and Carla were excellent help as always. The cleaning and restaurant staff also need special mention. The property is walking distance to the teen 3 line, downtown and shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend

Staff was great!! The junior suite was nice however the restroom was way too small and the shower head needed fixing. The location is near everything walking distance, but there are lines of people waiting for buses on both side of the hotel. Buses start at 7am and run until 10pm and you can definitely hear them.

It is a very nice and renovated property. And the staff was very courteous and very accommodating. The location of the hotel is pretty good if you want to explore the historic City Center. The block where the hotel sits is a bit on the ugly side and busy with regards to traffic, however when you get past that you get the beautiful downtown. It is a short walking distance to many activities and a very short Uber right away from other parts of Guadalajara that are more modern.
