Furthermore, we are in the process of improving all aspects of our facility daily since we are in a dynamic environment of constant change.Regarding our buffet (and in particular our dinner) and considering your respectful view, we would like to inform you that we are constantly looking for new quality products to enrich and achieve the greatest possible variety in our buffet. Every evening there is a different theme night like Italian, Greek, Fish Night, Asian etc.As you had probably noticed our restaurant has a massive scale of carefully selected food which we are sure indulged in our customer’s needs. There is always something for everyone from gluten-free products to vegan even sushi. Our chefs are always there to guide you through our buffets and if there is anything special that you may need, they will prepare it just for you!Please allow me also to mention that in our effort to improve our food departments we have added our a la carte restaurant Elia which is located in our adults-only area and offers excellent Mediterranean cuisine. We are confident that, your negative comment does not reflect the image of our restaurant and of course our hotel, and this is not something we are saying, but many of our guests who evaluate us daily.
