Location! Location! Location! Palmariva Villas is located in the heart of Fira. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and night clubs! Everything is right outside the entrance! Bus Station less than a block away! Our Villa was spotless, well appointed and included an outdoor jacuzzi. A la Carte breakfast was served daily to our room. Dimitri is the BEST- she does everything (Sparta- lol(inside joke)! She made our stay so special! She surprised me by decorating our Villa for my Birthday! She included a delicious cake and champagne! Dimitri was always willing to help and went over and beyond. She is the best and made our stay one we will always remember!

We had the best experience staying at Palmariva. From the second we arrived to check in to checkout. Everybody working there goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Such kind staff. We stayed in the Irida villa and it was fantastic and beautifully “Greek”. Perfect for the Instagram photos haha. Had everything we needed and the rooftop jacuzzi was perfect for sun baking and night beverages. The breakfast was lovely, bed comfy and villa nice and cool. Communal pool perfect temp and the comfiest sun beds ever. Reception organised an Atv for us to rent and when we checked out too early for breakfast they organised a takeaway breakfast box. Location is perfect. Can walk to anywhere in Thira. Cannot wait to stay here again and would recommend this little gem to anyone. Thanks for such a great getaway.

We just returned from a two week European vacation and this hotel was the highlight of our stay!! The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the heart of Fira. Jenny, the operator, was fantastic! She was kind, receptive and helpful. Staying at this hotel, felt like coming home. Once you walk through the gates of the complex, there is a sense of peace and calm!! Pros: - Jenny and all the staff -- she helped book dinner reservations, transfers and a car rental and was always available to answer questions! - Our two bedroom unit was large, clean and thoughtfully decorated. There was ample space for hanging wet swimwear and towels. She provided robes, slippers and everything needed for a comfortable stay - The breakfast was delivered fresh to the room every day and included delicious omelets, pastries, toast, cereal and greek yogurt - The pool and private hot tub were clean. - Coming back to Palmariva Villas (whether during the day or in the evening) felt like coming home! - The location was ideal for a family holiday in Santorini. Cons: - There was no view of the caldera. However, it was a two minute walk to town and we had dinners with caldera views daily so we didn't miss it!

We stayed here three nights in May 2022. I loved this hotel!!! When we first got to Santorini from the airport we took the bus which was 1.6 euro per person. The bus left us at the station which was 2 minutes away from the hotel pretty convenient When we arrived Dimitra greeted us and was so nice and sweet, she took the time to explain the whole island and gave us great recommendations. She had our villa ready which was amazing and had everything you need. Hot tub on the balcony was amazing, everything was very clean and cozy. The pool was great after a long walk, car rental right in front of the hotel entrance, market and pharmacy steps away from the hotel and many restaurants too. It was also a very short walk (3 minutes) to the heart of fira which was so beautiful. Breakfasts were delicious and served to your door. When I come back to Santorini I would stay in this hotel over and over again. I recommend it 100 percent!

Great place but charged me twice for my stay!
The place itself is amazing! Vagellis and Jenny are so attentive to our needs. Breakfast is delivered daily. Place is really clean. Having your own hot tub is so amazing! I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately they charged me twice for my stay. It is quite annoying as its such a hassle having to contact and dispute. I am still waiting for a refund.

The property is in a great location and a short walk to the bus stop and the sights of Thira. Vigelis was a great host for us and made sure we had everything we need. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing service, beautiful decor of the villa, breakfast made for us every morning, not just continental but tasty omelettes with cheese and ham and the lovely Victoria even got me gluten free bread each morning. This villa was the ideal location and a 2 mins walk from Fira's buzzy bars and restaurants.

We had a wonderful say at this property fanastic villa which offered luxury, privacy as being right in the heart ot it all but the advantage of being tucked away. What made our stay ever so special was the sraff Nicko and the beautiful Victoria who went above and beyond to make us feel we were on holidays she even offering to take us to the port, my only regret is I wish we had more time to get to know Victoria more my family and I loved her beautiful positivity and energy.

Property is very very close to bus main station and restaurants and shops but is very quiet. Our apartment was stand alone with a hot tub as well as access to the pool. Breakfast was plentiful and plenty of choice. Victoria host during the day was amazing full of energy and ready to assist the guests an amazing host. Evening host was also great. Air conditioning works, towels bedding and sheets are of superior quality and daily room service was brilliant. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Apartment layout was exactly as the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and loved Santorini.

Paradise
Staying at Palmariva Villas in Fira, Santorini was like being in paradise. The grounds and the unit were nothing short of immaculate and stunning. The architecture fit perfectly with the Santorini white which lends a sense of calm and relaxation making this inimate setting one you will never forget. Because there are only a few units, you will be catered to by the amazing and friendly staff (hand-delivered breakfast and anything else you need while you stay). The location is ideal being right on the main strip with several restaurants and shops a few feet from your door and only a short walk to the more touristy areas overlooking the sea. Also very close proximity to the bus station which for only a couple Euro will take you just about anywhere on the island you want to go. I would highly recommend staying here whether it’s for a romantic getaway or a family trip. We will be back for sure.

Villa in good condition but lack-lustre service
The room and surroundings were fine but we were surprised that there were no blankets or doonas despite the nights being quite cold this time. We got them only the next morning as when we tried to call the reception numerous times it was unattended. The reception was also unattended the next night when we ran out of shampoo and conditioner. To add onto this, although they claim to have airport transfers, when we requested to use the shuttle back to the airport they simply told us that they were occupied and didn’t even bother to suggest other ways to get to the airport. We would have been okay if they had at least tried to be more helpful. So overall we think there is a lot of room for improvement for the service here.

Veramente tutto eccellente. Un oasi nella confusione di Fira. Appartamento con tutto il necessario, di una bellezza tipica greca. La jacuzzi sul tetto la ciliegina sulla torta. Personale sempre disponibile e super cordiale, hanno cercato in tutti i modi di accontentarci con la colazione (siamo coppia vegana). Unico “difetto” il bagno senza una vera porta (è una porta di vetro aperta sopra e sotto).

Accueil réceptif à nos demandes. Logement duplex avec jacuzzi impeccable .tranquille . La situation de l’établissement est au top, au calme ,juste à l’entrée du centre et 5 mn à pied du terminal des bus pour aéroport .

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment parfait et nous recommandons cet hôtel. L'accueil est excellent et Victoria se plie en quatre pour vous satisfaire et répondre à vos questions. L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé et nous sommes ravis de notre choix. Que ce soit la station de bus, les taxis, le supermarché et les rues piétonnes de Fira... il n'y a que 3 minutes de marche ! La chambre est très spacieuse et conforme au descriptif et aux photos. C'est calme, propre et fonctionnel. La kitchenette équipée est très appréciée. N'oublions surtout pas le jacuzzi privé sur le balcon (vue mer, pour notre chambre en tout cas) qui a été très très utilisé ;) Ideal après de longues heures de marche. Concernant le prix et au regard des autres offres sur l'île (fin septembre), on peut parler de "bonne affaire". C'est un peu cher et supérieur à notre budget habituel mais la qualité est là, le petit petit-déjeuner copieux est inclus et le jacuzzi privé est le gros plus. Certe, il n'y a pas la vue sur la caldeira mais le prix, l'emplacement, la qualité de l'hôtel et de l'accueil etc... font oublier cela et nous ferons très certainement revenir ici un jour. Merci pour tout !
