Louladakis is good value. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and it's close to the water. There is a great bar and restaurant next door, a nice cafe/restaurant across the street, and a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away.

Pleasant stay
This is a basic studio hotel with rather small rooms and a small but equipped kitchen. What you get is reflected at the price. However the stuff is friendly, the place is clean... If all you need is a decent place to stay for the night then this is a good choice!

The room was clean and all facilities provided within the studio apartment. Views were obstructed by trees even though on the second floor, but maybe other rooms have better views. Next door to the hotel there is a warehouse business where loading etc noise started at 8am (not too bad).

Nice and pleasant place to stay and relax, for a break away from the city, hotel staff very friendly and serviced rooms around the clock. Very nice home decor shop within the building with one of a kind pieces.

Great hotel for a traveler with the right mindset
We got a fantastic deal on our stay at Louladakis, so we tempered our expectations by remembering that we were saving a lot of money. The studio itself is very nice; the bed is comfortable and we had a nice balcony with a garden view. There were some hiccups-- the toilet sometimes would not refill and there was some paint enamel coming off the tub. That was OK for me, but there was also no hot water both mornings we stayed; that wasn't so good. On the upside, however, the family who runs the place is very fun and hospitable and for that reason alone I would probably stay again. They have a great rooftop bar with hydromassage pools! We didn't get to try them though.

Dall’esterno questo hotel sembrerebbe anche accettabile (non che avessimo grandi aspettative avendo pagato meno di 60€ a giorno), ma l’interno e soprattutto la camera ci ha lasciati a bocca aperta: stanza piccola, letto minuscolo, bagno inaccettabile senza doccia e con una mini-vasca dove è stato un incubo riuscire a lavarsi con l’alternarsi di acqua calda e fredda. Inoltre zero servizi: mai visto nessuno in 2 giorni alla reception, nemmeno al check-in e al checkout. Hotel inqualificabile.

La salle de bain n’est pas du tout pratique. Il y avait plein de fourmis dans la chambre (dans le lit, salle de bain etc). La femme de ménage toque à la porte à 09h, on dit qu’on est à l’intérieur de la chambre, elle retoque, elle n’est pas aimable. En plus de ça elle ne donne pas plus de shampoing et de gel douche si on utilise par exemple 1 échantillon, il faut utiliser les deux en entier pour qu’elle donne un shampoing supplémentaire.

Hello and thanks for your review, as you already informed everybody you were not letting the maid to come in and clean. This is why you get ants. Because if you eat on the floor and do not clean ants will come. Also If you eat on the bed ants will come also. The shampoo that we offer is for your arrival so you can use if until you settle and go buy your proper shampoo. Next time leave the maid to clean your mess and go buy a shampoo of your liking.

La struttura è moderna, la pulizia del nostro monolocale impeccabile. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e i due proprietari sono veramente simpatici e disponibili. Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su posti da visitare e posti in cui mangiare. Inoltre nei pressi della struttura ci sono un paio di ristoranti veramente ottimi. Anche la posizione è ottima sia per uscire la sera che per andare alle migliori spiagge di Creta. Torneremo sicuramente

El apartamento está bastante completo y en buen estado. El trato muy amable del servicio del apartamento. Lo que no me gustó era la bañera que no tenía cortina y era media bañera, costaba mucho ducharse y se quedaba el lavabo mojado. En general la estancia estuvo muy bien.

Stanza pulita, comoda, efficiente vicina al mare.
La mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. La posizione della struttura è ottima e permette di raggiungere i siti di maggior interesse della parte ovest di Creta; le stanze sono molto pulite e confortevoli. L'angolo cottura è minimo ma efficiente, soprattutto per le giovani coppie. L'arredamento è allegro e curato e il personale gentile e sempre disponibile. La struttura è lontana qualche km dalla rumorosa località turistica di Platanias e vicina a Kissamos, bellissima località da visitare e da vivere. Giudizio molto positivo per Louladakis.

Ett bekvämt, rymligt och fint hotell. Bra sängar och enastående rent. För vårt ändamål, resa runt och se så mycket som möjligt, var hotellet ett fantastiskt utgångsläge. Trevlig ägare som kunde informera om det mesta. När vi återvänder till Kreta kommer detta hotell att bli ett självklart val.

Gli appartamenti sono normali , ma ben tenuti. Molto rumorosi in quanto si trovano su una strada di passaggio molto trafficata da auto ad alta velocità che sfrecciano proprio sotto alla finestra di alcuni appartamenti e dall'altra parte c'è una ditta di trasporti dove gli operai scaricano e urlando dalla mattina presto (eravamo due coppie con due appartamenti). Quando siamo rientrati, attraverso un messaggio da parte della proprietà siamo stati accusati di aver rubato o nascosto un tostapane , elettrodomestico che tra l'altro non abbiamo mai avuto negli appartamenti. Quindi ci è stato chiesto di pagare loro 15 euro. Ci siamo rimasti malissimo in quanto ce lo hanno detto in modo molto arrogante, come se noi avessimo bisogno di un tostapane da 15 euro!!! Peccato perché sugli altri problemi degli appartamenti potevamo soprassedere, ma questa accusa ci sentiamo proprio di segnalarla a tutti.

Hotel con appartamenti carino, in buona posizione per raggiungere le migliori spiagge della zona ovest di creta. Le camere sono accettabili, bagno un pò piccolo e con vasca non comodissima, angolo cottura scarso. Riassumendo hotel accettabile per chi è interessato principalmente ad un posto dove dormire e lavarsi, vicino a balos e falasarna ed a circa un oretta da elafonissi. Per la sera consiglio Chania a circa 30 minuti dall'hotel.

Lovely place. I would recommend the place for a relaxing week. The room was clean and super welcoming. Walking distance from the beaches. A car is suggestible if you want to see some special beaches far away.

Trevlig och vänlig atmosfär
Vi tyckte läget var toppen! En kortare promenad till stranden. Närhet till många och prisvärda restauranger/tavernor samt supermarkets med ett tillräckligt utbud. Busshållplatsen, precis vid hotellet, möjliggör resor till större orter och stränder inom rimligt avstånd. Hotellets personal var oerhört tillmötesgående och vänliga. Rummet/studion passade oss perfekt. Städningen var utmärkt. Området liksom hotellet är lugnt och jag tror att det passa vuxn resenärer bäst.

Grazioso albergo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia.
Ci siamo andati x una vacanza di 10 gg. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Offre colazione Pranzo e cena se richiesta. Noi dormivamo solo. Di fronte c'è Vincenzos ristorante e offre anche servizio brackfast. Poco distante ci sono molti bar ristoranti e devo dire anche attrazioni x bimbi. Molte farmacie ho notato .... molto positivo. Io e la mia morosa abbiamo affittato un auto e sinceramente una cosa da fare xk c'è tanto da vedere. La Grecia è splendida. Spiagge e mare stupendo. Cmq colgo l'occasione x ringraziare nuovamente i responsabili del Lapulpdakis.

Hotell med mye støy fra trafikk.
Vi forventer greit utstyr ved bestilling av leilighet, men svært, svært enkelt. Måtte be om stekepanne .Personalet ikke veldig interessert og på tilbudssiden. Hvorfor ikke informere om buss-system, forhold på stranda, interessante steder i nærheten? Fin takterasse, men vi måtte finne fram til den selv og be om å åpne for oss.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour le prix mais il n'est pas dans un lieu animé. D'un côté c'est pas plus mal à cause du bruit mais nous avons eu une chambre sur côté route et là vaut mieux prévoir des boules quies. L'hôtel est mal insonorisé car on entends les voisins. le wifi marche très mal.

The perfect accommodation for the best beaches
This hotel is ideal for visiting some of the most beautiful beaches of Crete. The staff is polite and kind; the room was very large and always clean. Fortunately I haven't had problems with the wi-fi, with a few small problems, but nothing serious !! I'll surely come back!!

Hotel en bordure de route très passante (j'ai dormi avec les boules quies), en face d'une station service, cadre très peu attrayant Nous avions réservé 2nuits (et ce 3mois en avance) et lorsque nous arrivons chargés de nos bagages et ayant hâte de nous poser, on nous apprend qu'il faudra changer de chambre le lendemain car l'hôtel est plein, pas très agréable de refaire ses bagages dès le lendemain matin... L'accueil a été poli mais peu sympathique. Expèrience bof, nous sommes restés 15jours en grèce/crète et nous avons trouvé mieux ailleurs pour le même prix.

Lugn o vilsam upplevelse med otroligt bra service på hotellet. Terrassen med avslappning i jacuzzin är bra avslutning på dagen. Dimos och hans bror är otroligt trevliga samt har skön humor.

Pulizia buona, wifi lenta e molte volte assente. Alla richesta di avere la linea internet attiva non vi è stata alcuna risposta. Paese e spiagge nelle immediate vicinanze orribili. Mare molto sporco. Nella struutura si sentono parecchio i rumori derivanti dal solarium alle 3,30 am, inaccettabile,,,
