However, since some of the statements are misleading we would like to make clear that all the photos and the descriptions match the room types offered. In your reservation, as Reception showed you, a Standard room was reserved and not a Standard Side Sea view as you mention. Both parties contacted Expedia and Expedia reconfirmed that the reservation is for a Standard Room, which was the room type that you were allocated in. As far as the tax is concerned , the charge by law, since 2017, is per room per night depending on the reserved nights. Your choice of spending some days of your stay in South Crete cannot change the value of the tax of your reservation. In addition, the location of the hotel is specific and when choosing the hotel it is mentioned that the hotel is located at the center of Hersonissos which is on the north coast of Crete. The fact that you prefer the south coast of Crete implies that a better research regarding the location of the hotel and the area could have prevented any possible misunderstandings or mistakes regarding your booking. It is really unfortunate to receive a review that in fact has nothing to do with our services and your stay here and it is really unfortunate as well that we didn't reach your expectations as it a top priority for the management and the staff to have satisfied guests.

As far as the meals are concerned during breakfast a big variety of pastry, cakes and cookies are available to choose from. In addition, there are several types of ham and cheese, olives, yogurt, jams and juices so as to have a full meal. Regarding dinner, there are always options of meat dishes, side plates, options for vegetarians, salads and desserts. It is really unfortunate that we didn't reach your expectations and taste regarding the meals, however we wish to be given the pleasure to accommodate you again in the near future.

Regarding cleaning it is daily and change of towels and linen every 2nd and 3rd day, unless you choose a less frequent cleaning due to Covid 19. As far as the meals are concerned during breakfast a big variety of pastry, cakes and cookies are available to choose from. In addition, there are several types of ham and cheese, olives, yogurt, jams and juices so as to have a full meal. Regarding dinner, there are always options of meat dishes, side plates, options for vegetarians, salads and desserts. Furthermore, as per our directory dinner is served from 18:30 till 20:30 and in case that a guest goes on an excursion we also provide cold plates if the arrival time is at a later time than dinner is served. It is really unfortunate that we didn't reach your expectations and taste regarding the meals, however we wish to be given the pleasure to accommodate you again in the near future.
