Good hotel!
Good hotel! Great view and great place! When I took a shower, I felt the water was a little salty. But I think this is not hotel’s issue, it’s island issue. There is a big road in front of the hotel, so it was a little noisy. It was fine for me, but not good for one of my friends.

The corridors and bathrooms were extremely tired. The bedroom was clean but could do with updating. The staff ignored us at the reception desk and booked in a group of mem in first the pool was beautiful but the attendant refused to get any more towels stating they had all been used.

You walk out the door and you can immediately have shopping and dinning a few steps away. The optional sea views and balcony are so worth the extra money. The downside is the morning buffet was identical every day and after 8 days was tiring and the dinner meal only had two main options.

Outdated hotel
Hotel was much more rundown than it looks in the pictures and the staff always seemed bothered whenever we had a question. The only perk to staying here was the location.

Nice quiet room and perfect view of marina
Lovely sea view balcony on the marina, perfect for walking to everything, shops, restaurants, etc all close by. Lovely large room with all amenities and was serviced every day.

Good views, time for an update.
Great location, with lovely view. Nice rooftop bar and pool. Good price and ok service. Hotel is clean but rooms are a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Breakfast options a bit limited.

Really great location across from the marina and all the tours in town drop off here first. Staff was very friendly and helpful if you need printing or a cab called.

It definitely not a 4 star hotel, they might tick the boxes for it, however it is a dated property. Poor breakfast, cleanness, pool was closed on a Sunday, staff weren’t helpful, request a duvet never got it. The only advantage for this property is the location itself that is in town. However I would not recommend as a four star hotel, it is far from that.

Good place and location
Hotel is very good with a good view of the harbour. The only issue is that bathrooms are not in very good condition. Otherwise, the reception, staff, and not to forget the roof top is best in class there.

Amazing staff, very pleasant to speak with them, to ask for information. The rooms were clean, with a pleasant smell in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast was tasty and lovely team on the kitchen. Very happy with the choice, definitely will come back on the same hotel.

Different from the rest of the island, the "city" of Zakynthos is more packed. This hotel is well located. One can walk easily through the center without taking any car/motorbike/etc. The rooms were very clean and the service received, ideal.

Chemical smells and poor value for money
This hotel is not a four star place as advertised and does not live up to the photographs. Whole staff tried to be helpful, there is a distinct chemical smell that permeates the hotel.
