Chose these because of views and safe swimming beach access. 10 min walk to large variety of cafes and restaurants. 2 min walk to art gallery cafe for coffee on way to the beach. On site parking. Friendly staff. "

Situated across the road from Len Fox Park in Labrador - nice evening walk along the water front. The property charges extra for additional coffee/tea/toilet paper/shampoo&conditioner, etc. Also specific instruction given to guests to clean the rubbish and wash the dishes before check-in out. "

"The staff were very nice and helpful, however our stay was quite disappointing. The wifi didn’t work at all when we got there and even after getting fixed we kept losing connection a few times. Bathroom light was out. Air conditioning was completely broken and took few days to install a new one. We got a spot cooler as a temporary replacement but that was connected to the balcony so our window partially needed to be open which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, especially at night.
