Overall, the rooms were good however our stay was marred by the fact that one of our room (no 69) was right next to a pub/karaoke. Hence, we couldn't sleep very well till after 3am given the poor sound proofing. It really spoilt our holiday mood. The unit should not have been put up for booking or reserved for guests with families. It only fits people who stay up late. I'm disappointed that the mgt was not thoughtful enough to make the right arrangement or even cancel our booking in a courteous and responsible manner instead of just telling me that all rooms are booked and the sound will usually stopped after 3am etc....etc I'm afraid this speaks a lot on their professionalism in hospitality. Hope this helps others in the future to avoid room no 69 and I hope the mgt could improve on this as it's a pity given the fact that it's a great location and the facilities are reasonably good.
