If you want to try refugees experience, this is a place to live. Bad smell in living room, very old & depreciated in door, no hot water from heater, no air-conditioning in bedrooms, main door safety lock broken......crazy

Thanks to the reviews, I already expect the check in procedure to last for 20-30mins and it’s true. After checking in, the car park was allocated at tower 3 and our card only have assess to tower 2. So it took another 30 mins to figure out how to walk around in the car park to reach your apartment. The apartment has zero noise cancelling. Upstairs walking, flushing and opposite door closing and opening you can literally hear everything. Most probably you are going to sleep late from neighbours noise or wake up from them. However if you go with friends or family it’s alright. Couples don’t go lol it’s really frustrating during checking in. Pool is really cold and they don’t allow wet clothes in the lifts. On top of that, the tv is not working or perhaps the control is not working, there is no aircond (no big deal since its quite chilling during the stay), and most importantly there is no wifi which is really annoying since the hotel area doesnt have a very good and stable data connection.

Nice view , morning we can see snow, and also nice to do walking or jogging. Things i dont like, cusion or sofa set was not up to the mark. Few room below my room very dirty and water stagant. Can csuse mosquitos for breading area.

Where do I start. For starters the property has no reference to "7Stonez Suites" so dont look for it when trying to find the hotel. Just go to the Midhills Genting. If you read anywhere that this hotel is complete and ready for opening, laugh at them. The place is a construction zone. The room we were given was not finished - there was no aircon unit and there were wires hanging out of the wall that were LIVE. Yes you read correctly. My husband touched them together and it took the fuse box out. The room is small and there are no consumables like coffee, tea etc. Ladies - if you want to swim in the pool, make sure you are covered from head to toe. I went to go swimming with my husband and children and within two minutes, there was a security guard telling me that I had to wear "proper swimming attire". I was wearing knee length board shorts and a top from a two piece (fully fastened and not a string bikini). I asked him what the meaning of proper swimming attire was. He just kept saying "proper swimming attire" over and over and that there was complaints from the residents. He didnt want to tell me the exact problem but I knew he wanted me to put on a t-shirt! Im absolutely disgusted by this - its a resort, not a mosque! I used pools in every other hotel we went to in Malaysia plus went to Sunway Lagoon in the same, respectful attire with no problem at all. No-one batted an eyelid EXCEPT this place. This hotel is a fair way from anywhere in Genting - you need a car.

A bit of a hassle having to contact the caretaker to check in, only received message just the nite before that there was a problem wz my credit card details with Expedia which shouldn’t be & no response to my enquiries until I called. The check in process was not smooth, the guard house made us wait as he said no such unit no. All in not very happy with the location of the property as it was misleading, it is actually very far away to the peak of Genting Highlands, the rooms are not air-condition.

I booked 7 Stonez. They moved me to Vista Residences which had a nice room but zero facilities. No pool no nothing and next to the road. However Habsah was clear in her communication and her staff were attentige and helpful.

Not worth the high price. Pictures are deceiving.
The place is not a hotel. It's a condo rented out by the owner, run by a mgt co called 7Stonez. It wasn't easy to get there. waze doesn't recognise the add. Upon calling the number we were told how to get there but the 'route' that we were supposed to take was closed due to construction so we ended up having to find the condo ourselves. We arrived after 4pm & were told that they have 2, 2 bedroom units. Both are 'ready' for check in but 1 unit with wifi had problem with water heater while the other had a spotty wifi. The place is in the middle of a jungle, yes we need wifi. The unit was ready after 30-40min. First impression, the unit was ok. Until I took my shoes off and walked barefooted into the bedroom and find my feet dirty from the dirty floor. And then everything else seems to go against us. The booking page said that it comes with cable channels yet when we called, we were told that they don't have cable, only local channels. The fridge was not a full size fridge. It's a small 1 door fridge. There was only 1 pot and the only 'stovetop' was a portable 1 burner stove. There was no kitchen towel. The bedrooms were so small that with 2 queen size bed in each room, they was barely a walking space. So no putting luggage in the room. The bathrooms didn't have proper rug so floors get wet after shower. If the room didn't cost me close to RM600, I wouldn't have been angry but it did. I'm pissed. I would've rented similar size unit fr another place 1/3 of the price.

They gave me two rooms to register when I reached there was informed someone else already checked in.No wifi, even it was listed in the ad. Changed to smaller room but no refund. Stay away....
