"Wonderful apartment in a nice area in Genova. Everything was perfect from the very begging starting with the contact from the office till we were welcomed in by Susane. We could check in earlier and Susane was very helpful. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. Very nice beds, pillows and blankets. "The property is in a noisy spot on weekends. They only give one roll if toilet paper despite being there for 4 days, no face cloths with towels, had to request hand soap. Could not close the shower door as it opens ‘in’ instead of out. A bit frustrating for spraying the bathroom when showering. "The place is very difficult to find ! Drug dealers and prostitute in the area. Not very family friendly ….. Then, it was good and the appartement is new but lot of things need to be improved : - AC remote control was broken so 30degrees with 4 kids is acceptable - broken shower (no pressure and leak) - no coffee pods or tea sachet for breakfast - broken ustensile - extra cost of 90€ for cleaning for 1 night "

The agency was in Milan, and they use a "go between" person to meet at the property and pass the keys, etc. We ended up waiting over an hour and he ended up blaming us for being late. "
