"Stayed there for a week . Hotel is in an upscale Roma Norte . It feels very safe in the neighbourhood and is very close to the metro bus station which can take you anywhere to the city with easy connections to the metro . The hotel looks pretty updated and room is clean and the housekeeping lady was helpful and did a very good job. If the hotel room had air conditioning , it would be perfect . "The water in the pool (which is indoors) at the property was somewhat cloudy, and I wondered about the hygiene standards. The spa with sauna and steam and whirlpools is amazing, but an additional $USD50/day so adds up. We had breakfast included and the buffet was really good everyday.
