"Comfortable, clean, kind staff and easy to get to transportation."

"Rooms are huge & comfortable with a fantastic view. The location is great for nearby bars and restaurants but the hotel is at the top of an extremely steep hill. Communal areas are a bit disappointing. You can get a drink and they serve breakfast but it’s like sitting in reception really than a proper bar or restaurant. Not a big issue though given other options close by. "

"Louis appartement is well located in the nice area of Galata right by the tower. It’s nice and clean, the whole hotel and the rooms are very enjoyable and the lobby / reception very welcoming. I would give 6 stars to the staff if I could. We were welcomed on our first night with traditional tea and coffee and a lot of tips to visit. "The staff were very quick to respond. They were all very friendly and made sure we were happy. They organized several private cars for us, provided great guidance on where to go, and were always ensuring that we were well taken care of. Their rooftop restaurant was gorgeous. The views were stunning and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Great Location! close to all attarctions nice restaurants on bosphorus, the galata port and Galata tower. walkable distance to most of tourists attractions. Hope on hope off bus at 1min walk from hotel. Nice room size with central AC/Heating clean and nice staff. The only thing I did not like is you can hear ppl in corridors and water loudly when neighbors are showring! Good price/quality ratio, I would stay there again! thanks"

"This was a great spot to stay. Easy to navigate the city with the tram so easily accessible. Front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. The street was loud but the windows close and the view was breathtaking. Rooftop access was great for evening photo shoots. "

"Great location near some lovely eating places and close to the Galata bridge and lots of transport links. Staff not very helpful or friendly but we didn’t need them much. Breakfast was tasty but no options just the same thing each morning. Fine for a few days but by day 5 I was a bit bored! Breakfast staff at the sister “root” hotel were terrible smoking at the entrance to breakfast room, not providing clean cups etc. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Overall a good stay but a few down...
