"I liked the location. Very central, close proximity to a lot of things in gaborone. However, the food was very salty. Every chef knows by now that salt is not healthy. I ordered a seafood salad and could not eat it because they poured almost a quarter bottle of dressing on top. Dressings should be served on the side. I was not even asked for a choice of dressing. Smoking, on the first floor, there was a heavy cigarette smoke."

"When we arrived, we learned the hotel was overbooked but the manager helped us into one of their sister properties. The room was comfortable and breakfast delicious. Service was great aside from some young guy at the front desk with a horrible attitude (thank goodness for the great manager!)"

"Carpets in the room were filthy and the furniture and fittings were old and damaged (non-functional in some cases). WiFi did not work in room. Marketed on the app as a 4 star hotel, only a three star once you arrive, would not give it a two star rating if it were up to me.
