Expedia showed the property has free parking but upon arrival I had to pay to park, the parking fee was 1800 yen.
I am not sure if this was a result from mistake of Expedia (incorrect advertised) or from the hotel itself (provided false info to Expedia).
I have been a customer of Expedia for nearly 15 years, though I never bother to create an account but you have been my Go-To always. This is one of the few cases that made me really upset, not because of the parking fee but because of your misinformation which put me in an embarassing situation where I had to waste time to explain to the hotel staff, not to mention this was my wedding anniversary trip.
I strongly suggest you to get the fact straight, reinforce with proper auditing process, before publishing the hotel information on your business.
