The A/C was not able to control. The toilet seat was not able to control heat. Staff is very friendly. I wish they give us 2 keys so that, less inconvenient. (The key have to put in to turn the room light on.)

The environment was very open and clean. the rooms where well kept and amenities were readily available. Staff was very welcoming and nice.

The central air con in our rooms weren't cold. Reception took the trouble to send us desk fans.

The hotel is good value for money, although the bedrooms were on the small side and the wifi did not work in my room.

Decent location, good room
Hotel is located not too far from a main train station. Neighborhood is quiet, but livelier neighborhoods are nearby. Hotel is a little bit old, but the room was clean and comfortable.

Pretty good location for Softbank Hawks
I stayed here for a Softbank Hawks game. The stadium is about 20 min away by bus and 25 min by subway. Tenjin Station is only 5 min away so that is convenient for anyone wanting to check out the underground shopping or anything else Tenjin has to offer. The hotel is in a need of a refurbish. Tape is covering up Wall Paper peeling in the dining room. It was clear that my room had seen better days as well. However, the room was clean and got the job done. Breakfast offering was okay.

◯ベッドが大きい。 ◯ウェルカムドリンクは嬉しい。 ◯目的の一つだった屋台も周辺にたくさん出ていて、それでありながら繁華街から少し外れた立地で夜は静かだった。 ◯朝カーテンを開けたら朝日が差し込んで気持ちよかった。 ◯朝食がとても豊かで朝からお腹いっぱいでした。 ◯これで一人で1万いかないコスパがとても良いホテルだと思います。 △建物自体が古く、エレベータも少しカビ臭い感じ？がしましたが、古いから仕方ない。 ✕備え付けのモバイル端末充電ケーブルの電圧？が足らないのか、モバイルWi-Fiを充電してたらマイナス充電で朝起きたら充電が無くなっていた。 ◯スタッフからの挨拶も気持ちよく、ゆっくりと過ごせました。 あと、このホテルに限らないのですが、、、シャワールームの鏡ってシャワーの取り付け位置あたりに付けられないですかね。シャワーを浴びながらヒゲを剃りたいんですが、鏡がシャワールームの外にあるので一旦シャワールームから出ないとヒゲが剃れないんですよね。。。 朝の出発前に気付いたんですがお試しシャンプーがあった？試せばよかったなぁ。
