Very good location but service can be better.
Positive - location is very good. Price is very reasonable. Service is ok or passable but definitely can be improve on. This is a no no sense business hotel room has no phones so you have to go down if you need something.

New hotel, great breakfast, located 5 min from S bahn- for 6.6 Euro a day you can travel all over the city. Clean and cozy (even the 19 sqm room). Nearby supermarket and restaurants 12 min walk. Nice park 7 min away

The property was great value for the money. It’s also in quite a good location which is not too far from the train station, but a bit further from the airport. The styling, decoration, and interior was nice. I would personally avoid dealing with Martin. The other staff members I interacted with were nice though. Overall 4/5 in my opinion.

Der Check-In wird erst Punkt 15 Uhr geöffnet, keine Minute früher. Wenn möglich soll der Check-In eigenständig über die in der Lobby aufgestellten Terminals erfolgen, diese waren beide defekt. Dementsprechend lang war die Wartezeit für den Check-In an der Rezeption. Die Mitarbeiter wirken unmotiviert, unprofessionell und überfordert. Obwohl mein Zimmer bereits über expedia bezahlt war, wurde meine Kreditkarte beim Check-In erneut mit dem Gesamtbetrag belastet. Das Zimmer ist modern und funktional eingerichtet.

Hotel has basic amenities in an area of frankfurt that is all residential. Load rap music played by next door room, which the hotel didnt seem to have an issue with. Room was small, double bed was actually 2 singles.

Housekeeping is horrible
The hotel itself is very modern and fresh. Rooms are nicely furnished and the only thing missing is a fridge. Service and housekeeping however is terrible. Check in was OK, but very uninterested staff. Worst was how the rooms were cleaned. Second day we had two dirty towels that we wanted changed, so we left them on the floor as per usual. Upon returning the same towels were folded up and hung back on the rack (both were still damp and had the same make-up stains) Totally disgusting behavior. The guy cleaning also went around and reaked of sweat. If you can't sort out your personal hygiene, maybe you shouldn't be in charge of cleaning other people's rooms. We complained at the reception, but the person there gave us a really uninterested nod and said they would bring it up with someone. Never returning to this place. Ever.

Alles war sehr gut, sauber und schön. Nur zwei Dinge haben mich gestört: wenig Beleuchtung im Zimmer und die Betten waren richtig weich, ich glaube, Härte 2 oder 3 wäre angenehmer gewesen.

中央駅からトラムで15分弱で交通の便が良いです。 ホテルも綺麗で周辺も静かです。 ホテル直近にはスーパーはないですが、徒歩圏内にカフェスペース併設のスーパーもあります。 部屋にはセーフティボックスあり。 冷蔵庫はありません。冷蔵庫があれば尚よいかと思いました。

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung und bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar und hat je nach Aktivität eine insgesamt gute Lage. Für Stadt-Besichtigungen liegt es etwas außerhalb. Der Service ist in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung könnte verbessert werden. Das allgemeine Flair ist einladend, die Kunst ist erfrischend. Ich hatte ein Zimmer, in dem nachts Zigarettenrauch durch das teilweise geöffnete Fenster kroch. Auch die Lüftungsschlitze sind etwas laut. Das Besondere ist, dass Chromecast mit dem Fernseher verwendet werden kann, sofern es funktioniert.
