Very nice stay at this hotel on 10 November 2023. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast. Very nice and safe area. Very nice restaurants in the vicinity (a little bit expensive but worth the pleasant dinner at Azzurra).

We loved everything. Breakfast was amazing. Nice room and washroom. Excellent Service. The air conditioned is really good, we slept spectacular during all the days that we stayed there. I wish that all the hotel in Europe has this airconditioned with the hot weather.

Beautiful old building in quiet part of Frankfurt, but still an easy walk into city centre and to subways. Also nice walk up to Opera House plaza with lots of eating options.

Great place for our short trip
Stayed there over a weekend while on the way back to the US. from Denmark. Staff was excellent, the property is well maintained and the rooms are well equipped. Also enjoyed the neighborhood.

Great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful and even offered to vacant our room early in the morning and a fantastic breakfast. This service was well above and beyond especially arriving after a long haul flight. Room was very spacious and clean, beds comfy and the breakfast just delicious. Would highly recommend this place to stay and explore Frankfurt. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Tucked away on a side street in the West End, the hotel is quiet but easy to access. Not many restaurants or shopping in the area but it’s a short walk to the subway and not far from the central tourist and business area. It is also fairly close to the red light district though so be careful where you walk.

Excellent hotel situated right next to the financial district. Property itself is cool — a 100-year-old townhouse (villa?) sort of building. Lovely feel. Excellent continental breakfast. Friendly, welcoming and super helpful staff. The hotel just has a lovely feel to it.

Hotel itself is clean, quiet and friendly. It’s really let down by the lack of transport. If you arrive late at night then you should expect to pay €15-30 to travel the 1km. (Uber was €26 when I looked.) At other times of day it is cheaper though. Walking is dangerous, despite the short distance. I was surprised to find an “airport hotel” that was so difficult to access from the airport!

So this hotel cant have 9,2 review its just an average hotel. The room was decent, brekfast very poor, only few parking spots. They dont care about the virus situation at all. From my point of you this hotel cant even get 7 review. I writing this review because its unfair for the other hotels which are giving much more better service and have less than 9.0.

Please rest assure that health and well-being of our guests and employees is our top priority. It goes without saying that appropriate preventive measures are implemented in our hotels. The topic of hygiene is fundamentally and of course especially in the current situation in our focus. We have implement plexiglass pane infront of the reception as well everywhere desinfection stations. Furthermore the entire staff of Housekeeping uses protective masks. One of the best places we stayed on our recent trip to Germany. The staff was fantastic, helping us print our boarding passes and making sure we had breakfast before we left. The breakfast was great. If we ever find ourselves in Frankfurt again this will be the place we stay!

Horrible
Breakfast is pretty mingy. The bread is old and the variety very small and low quality. They have a room on the ground floor, which has windows and a door to the garden. Unfortunately, the drapes do not close completely. The room is next to the service entrance, which they use really loud at 5am!!! One can always hear the room above. The bathroom is so small, one cannot turn around. The owner is the type of grumpy and intolerant kind. The rest of the personnel try their best. The hotel rugs have had their days.

Nice quiet neighborhood, close to the train station but not so close that it was in a bad part of town (like many reviews I read) the staff spoke English and was very helpful and nice. Cute little park just down the street. The rooms aren’t huge but plenty big for two people. Also the breakfast that came with the night’s stay was very good!

I love the location, which is close to the main train station (HBF), in a quiet neighborhood, and near the Messe conference center. There are good local restaurants within a few blocks. The staff are friendly and helpful (their english is excellent), and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. I also enjoyed the breakfast every morning, and staff ready to make you a fresh coffee. Very nice hotel, I come back every year!

This hotel is nice and clean. Bright with tall ceilings. It is a ten minute walk at least from the train station. The staff were really nice and they have a nice spot to eat breakfast in the outdoor patio. Air conditioners are quiet and they work well.

Very happy with the hotel, room and comfort for our 1 night stay. Would highly recommend and the hotel is very close to the centre of Frankfurt with a number of pleasant bars and restaurants nearby serving good food and drink. Would certainly stay again when in Frankfurt
