Big city design hotel in small town
The hotel is well situated in nice little ski town, brand new and very stylish in a welcoming way. The rooms are with comfortable beds and pillows and sizable outside space and lovely shower. Hand cream in room was bought and brought, best one found in a long time. Spa is a very nice addition, with three different saunas, outside and inside relaxation areas and treatment areas. The restaurant had great food and breakfast was also very good with a good range.

Perfect location right on the sloops; you can ski to the front of your hotel room. Great!!

We liked the unusual decoration, digital hotel information via suite pad, availability of a back pack. Our double room was spacious. We liked the terrace and tasty in-room coffee and tea. We missed a swimming pool.

Superb Interior in the Room
Great new ski in ski out modern hotel. The fine dining restaurant is really good.

Nice but too expensive for the services offered
Nice place because of location. Too expensive for what it is. Nice staff. Asked for a late checkout. Got 30mns more:-)) otherwise need to pay CHF 50 for 2 hours. Would have surely paid more for lunch at the place if they had said ok for a 2 hours late check out. A bit too short sighted for me. Sauna only opens after 4pm on a sunny day and do not forget your towels from the bedroom:-)). They could do a bit better for the prices charged

Das Hotel, das Restaurant aber auch die Zimmer sind architektonisch sehr schön umgesetzt worden. Sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen.

Tolles Hotel, coole Lobby und Bar. Stylisches Zimmer, offenes Badzimmer mit viel Platz. Schöner Balkon, leider zugänglich vom Nachbarzimmer, wenig Privatsphäre. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, ebenfalls sehr nettes Personal.

Das Hotel ist Top. Leider kostete der Parkplatz 20.- die Nacht , dies stand im Internet nicht! Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön, einziger Mangel, es hat weder Pool noch Wirlpool

Zum Skifahren tolle Location direkt an der Talstation. Große Sauna mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Nettes Personal. Bei uns ging der Safe kaputt, aber egal. Gute Restaurants im Haus und in der Nähe. Halbpension Frühstück ist prima. Offener Badezimmerbereich ist Geschmacksache.

Ich hatte zuerst ein Einzelzimmer, aber weil es Probleme mit der Dusche gab, durfte ich in ein Doppelzimmer. Das fand ich gut. Was mir auch gut gefallen hat, war die Moderne schöne Dusche. Was leider noch gefehlt hat, ist ein Whirlpool oder einen Pool im Wellnessbereich.

Leider kein Pool oder Whirlpool zu mindestens. Für ein SPA Hotel hätten wir das halt erwartet. Auch wurde uns erst am Schluss mitgeteilt, dass das Parking CHF 20 kostet.

Entspannung und Romantik pur
Wir waren für 2 Nächte hier, es war wirklich sehr schön. Super Aussicht und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Der Spa ist mega schön auch wenn er hauptsächlich aus einem Ruhebereich besteht. Wir haben es sehr genossen und konnten unsere Ruhe finden. Ein kleiner Whirlpool würde ihn noch mehr abrunden ;) Einziges Manko: wenn man keinen Lift fährt, ist es etwas schwierig in den Spa und in die Tiefgarage des Hotels zu kommen. Dies ist für uns jedoch kein Grund, nicht wiederzukommen! Alles in Allem wirklich empfehlenswert für eine kleine Auszeit!

Erholsame Spätwinter Woche in Flims
Soweit alles in Ordnung, jedoch zwei kleine Kritikpunkte; Liftschall Übertragung war in der ca. 30 Meter weit entfernten Suite deutlich zu hören, womöglich über den Lüftungsschacht auf der ganzen Etage...wir haben es gemeldet! Die Freundlichkeit am Empfang hat noch Luft nach oben!
