"bed is soft and comfy. location is very good being in al rigga street-which have a lot of shopping and food options. its also beside caribou coffee shop which is 24 hours open. check in and out were easy. the doorman called us a taxi for the airport. so it was a good short stay."

"Amazing stay at this property for a total of 14 nights. The location and hotel’s interconnected Mall access was very convenient for a family of five with kids between ages of 8 - 2. The hi-tea and buffet were both good value for money. The housekeeping help, especially by DEVENDHAR was going the extra mile for making your stay worthwhile. Staff in general from reception to the poolside, from the restaurant to the valet assistant, like everyone was very friendly, polite and respectful, no matter what time of the day or night you availed their services. The hotel needs a general facelift, the lifts not working after the hefty rainfall on the 16th May 2024 was a bit of a let down, but the overall price paid, roughly aed 12k for a 2 bedroom apartment, is more than fair for the great experience we had including the pool area, fresh towels and bedding on daily basis etc. Would love to come back and see slightly upgraded sights like modern sofas, smart tv, induction stove, sophisticated cutlery etc. "

"I was impressed with the size and layout of the apartment. A full size kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. It was extremely quiet except during morning prayers which woke everyone up at 6am. The cleaning staff did an excellent job with supplying us with extra water everyday and our apartment was extremely clean. The pool area needs to be enlarged if possible. I would incorporate more shade area surrounding the pool. Maybe cover the back area and make it more comfortable. I thought the food and drinks and especially alcoholic drinks were extremely over-priced.The bartender on the 14th floor FeFe and the lifeguard were gracious and helpful. FeFe is a fantastic bartender. She told me I could get s massage and pedicure in the hotel. The pedicure was very nice but extremely overpriced. The massage was heaven, thank you Rachel and it was priced fairly in my opinion. They need an information book in each room or maybe a designated channel on the TV with information pertaining to the hotel and maybe nearby places to shop, restaurants, etc. I will spend all my Dubai vacations at this hotel because the metro station is nearby, and having 1.5 bathrooms with 3 adults is mandatory. I loved this apartment. "
