The wooden rooms smell damp. When I ask to upgrade the room, I was told that the room I asked is not available although it is shown available on Expedia. They offered me another room which costs almost USD 500 more. I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay as I could not stand the smell and they did not refund money

İkinci olarak odayı yükseltiğinizde ben size Grand Deluxe king odası hatta özellikle belirtmiştim 33 oda içerisinde en gözde ve en harikulade odam diye belirtmiştim . Buna istinaden zaten yanımda fiyat kontrolü yaptığımınızda siteden size daha uygun fiyat verdim . Özellikle ödediğiniz tutar düşülüp geriye kalan size indirimli fiyat verdim . Sizlere daha sonra pasha suite diye kendine özel serinleme havuzlu odamı takdim ettim . Burada da yine fiyat konusunda yardımcı oldum sizlere. Siz ise fiyatların yüksek geldiğini söylediniz . Takdir ederseniz ki odalarım ve fiyatlarım tasarım ve dizayn olarak değişkenlik göstermektedir. Buna göre fiyatlandırma yapılmaktadır . Sizin aldığınız oda ise superiour suite efendim . Takdir ederseniz ki odayı siz istemediniz ve yardımlarıma rağmen gitmek istediniz . Bunun için ücret iadesi yapılmamaktadır . saygılarımızla barış aktaş Zakros Hotel Lykia

This place is a paradise. Most of the staff were very kind and accommodating. We loved dining with the cats! The menu was big enough that we were able to try a new dish every night. We feel our room was misrepresented by the photos when we booked. We would have booked a nicer room, but we hardly spent anytime in it. Every time we drove in and out of the property to tour the area, I was very nervous on the driveway’s incline. I would stay again in a nicer room and book a driving service.

Great place for a couple of days and to be able to jump into the Med for a swim was an absolute highlight. Have to say that the place was a little shabby and tired overall.

Nothing was too much hassle for the staff, attention to detail from carrying your bags in to romantic petals laid out in most places. Very idyllic setting, beautiful sunset every night. Great pool and poolside area, good bar and good food in the restaurant. Lots of adorable kitties roaming around, great boat trip with Captain Ishmael, albeit a bit of a bumpy ride! Overall excellent stay and very relaxing, sad to be leaving

Nice hotel. Needs problem ironing out
The hotel has great views . The only thing we could do with would have been an information booklet about hotels dinning times , Menus , attractions , ways to get around ect . We found a bus at the top of the hill from the hotel which would take you all the way to fethiye if you wished . The road itself down to the hotel is very steep and in one spot very very rough and dangerous. The beauty of the hotel and views do over rule all the problems

Romantic hideaway
Difficult to get to so would recommend leave the car and get Taxi. Breathtakingly beautiful surroundings on several levels with lots of places to chill out and relax or watch a beautiful sunset. Very spacious and beautifully furnished rooms. Restaurant served the best food we had while traveling through Turkey. Staff were incredibly friendly.

A sanctuary in Faralya
We had an amazing stay at Zakros Lykia. We unfortunately only had the pleasure of staying for one night, but Ismail & his wife could not have been more accommodating. The property is just gorgeous - and the bungalows, food, & overall service wasn’t perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

A Little Peace of Heaven
Absolutely wonderful. Owners and staff very friendly. We felt so welcome and relaxed. Not a run of the mill hotel. Thank heavens. Beautiful gardens. Every meal was a delight. Went fishing and ate what we caught later ..... cooked by Smiley. Yasmina very attentive. Tommy the guard dog ..... unofficial cat chaser ..... was great entertainment. Views and sunsets out of this world. So peaceful. Have booked to go back next year already. Thankyou Zakros Hotel. 👏👏👏

Great Hotel for Honeymoon or a Romantic Trip
I am not sure where to begin, but I should say that this stay was one of the best of my life. All rooms have sea view and they are also super clean. Location is great; close to Oludeniz, Butterfly Valley and Kabak. In addition, Zakros Hotel has its own sea and it has even a waterfall. The view is magnificant from every point of the hotel. Staff are helpful and you can easily understand that they love what they are doing at the hotel. Ms. Yasemin, Mr. Ismail and Mr. Burak and the whole staff, I appreciate your effort to make our stay joyful and beautiful. Hope to visit you soon again.

Posto magico
bellissimo resort nei pressi della Valle delle Farfalle a pochi minuti dalla localita Oludeniz. Una ventina di camere con una vista stupenda sul mare per dei tramonti indimenticabili. Infinity pool magnifica, buono il ristorante e i servizi. torneremo sicuramente. consiglio di avere a disposizione un' automobile.

Hotel très joli en apparence mais il ne faut pas trop creuser. Jaccuzzi à moitié cassé, pas d'eau chaude le soir : la réception n'est pas ouverte 24/24 il faut appeler un numero qui nous dit quil faut laisser couler l'eau 30 minutes pour qu'elle chauffe ou bien attendre le lendemain!!! Le prix de la chambre n'est pas du tout justifié!! dailleurs nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservé. Le restaurant est très bon mais beaucoup de moustiques, le petit dejeuner est maigre et mieux vaut vous lever tot sinon il ne reste rien. La route pour acceder a lhotel est vraiment dangereuse Bref je ne recommande pas, nous avons 100 fois prefere le Loft à oludeniz

Local lindo, mas mal cuidado
Hotel num local lindíssimo, mas com estrutura mal conservada. Nos hospedamos no quarto Lilly, que era muito próximo ao mar. Algumas da lâmpadas não acendiam, a água quente nem sempre funcionava, e a torneira do chuveiro não mudava para a opção ducha por completo. Havia jardinagem mal feita, e isso aumentava a quantidade de mosquitos. Por último, aos serventes do hotel não eram oferecidas condições dignas de trabalho. Um camareiro estava varrendo com vassoura sem o cabo. Pedimos um ferro de passar roupa, levou mais de uma hora para ser entregue

Great location but awful service
The hotel itself is good, great location, nice rooms. But the service really needs to be improved: nobody to welcome us at the reception when we arrived at 16:00pm (we had to go to the restaurant to ask for our room). Then we asked for drinks at the pool bar… drinks arrived 45min later. And finally the breakfast (normally from 9:00 to 11:00am which is quite late) started at 09:20am. As we needed to leave early for personal reasons we informed the staff that we were in a rush… In the end we had to leave without taking our breakfast.

The hotel is immersed in an incredible atmosphere. The sea in front, green and flowers everywhere. The service is great, the restaurant is just in front of the sea with a perfect view. The buffet in the morning is rich and well prepared. There are different private areas to enter the sea for a swim. All of them of astonishing blue colour. The room we reserved, a villa itself, is nicely designed, with the swimming pool in it. Wonderful concept and view on all the area. We were just a bit sorry for the bathroom as it was not perfectly clean as a place like this beautifulness around would require. Overall an incredible experience, highly recommended for couples who want an exclusive and classy romantic time together.

Huzurlu, Sessiz.
Otelin konumu çok iyi. Otelin her yerinde zaman geçirebiliyorsunuz. Çok güzel oturma yerleri var. Denize girmek biraz zor, zira derinlik 8 metreden başlıyor. Fakat havuz işinizi görecektir. Yemekler lezzetli. Garsonlar çok ilgili ve alakalı. Görevli tüm personel sizinle ilgileniyor. Akşamları daha güzel oluyor, manzara gün batımında muazzam. Kafa dinlemek, huzur bulmak istiyorsanız otel size aradığınızı verecektir.

Pro: - Die Aussicht war fabelhaft - Die Zimmereinrichtungen waren top - Der Pool war sehr schön Contra/Cons: - Unser Zimmer war nicht gut gereinigt, die Tische und Kommoden waren noch staubig - Den Safe konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, obwohl wir den Personal darauf angesprochen hatten - Die Lage des Hotels war sehr schrecklich, vor allem die Fahrt dahin war sehr sehr sehr anstrengend, die Straßen waren so steil das wir nicht einmal mit dem Auto gemütlich fahren konnten. - Das Personal im Restaurant war unfreundlich - Die Menükarten waren sehr überteuert, sie dachten wahrscheinlich das die Gäste gezwungen sind dort zu essen, da das Hotel sehr weit von der Stadt liegt - Ich habe bis jetzt sehr viele Hotels besucht bei denen die Tees und Kaffees als Gastgeschenk kostenlos angeboten wurden, aber keiner war so auf Preise fixiert wie Zakros, hier musste ich für die Tees und Kaffes für 3 Tage um die 40 Euro zahlen! Ich würde keinem das Hotel empfehlen!!! NOT AGAIN!

Sayın Suleyman PARMAKSIZ, Zunächst einmal vielen Dank für Ihre positiven und negativen Kommentare. Wir möchten erwähnen, dass unser Hotel mit der Natur als Standort gebaut wurde. Es hat eine viel bessere Lage als die Straßen aller umliegenden Einrichtungen. Alle Fahrzeuge sind auf dem Parkplatz vor unserem Hotel sehr bequem zu erreichen. Vielleicht bist du gezwungen worden.
