"Amethyst is my all-time favorite hostel. It was my first time hostel hoping, and I wasn't sure if I would make friends. Enter Saiful. He invited me to dinner where I got to know other travelers, who I ended up spending the rest of my time in KL with, visiting everything from the Batu Caves to the Putrajaya Pink Mosque. "Very small for two guest so i had to book myself into another hotel at addition cost. Room booked stated i would have a window with city view,, all i saw was large chunks of concrete from building work.right outside the window I paid for a room to view the city. They should not have charged for this. Generally clean. Although i didnt stay there they had a fridge, a safe and clothes washing facilities. Good internet connection. 24 hr reception service. Had to ask for toilet paper and towel....
