"i come here often and im generally pleased with everything this time i had 2 concerns one was that when i ordered room service breakfast i didnt want meat and would have like to substitute with extra bread but was refused also i had booked a larger suite and was told at reception that i was being upgraded to executive suite which ended up being smaller and congested didnt seem like an upgrade at all"

"It wasn't too bad. Originally had a room on the 8th which had too much wind noise on it. However, they immediately moved us to a room on the 5th which was much better. Service seemed decent. Room was clean. However, none of the devices through the tv worked (Hdmi hook up/ mirroring for phone or blue tooth). It is an older building originally so for the cost it's a bad go."

"This hotel I was say is a little gem tucked away, for many years I passed this hotel without knowing it was there. It’s close to all needs in the area,hwy access to downtown Toronto. Everything within walking distances and a Tim Hortons right outside the door. Hotel staff was excellent and great communication with a friendly smile Room was very clean Suggestion brighter light over the bathroom sink for older men shaving lol I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to see my new...
