We arrived extremely late due to a flight delay, but we were met by a member of their staff who drove to the hotel after midnight to check us in. "The property is unique and not a stale, sterile hotel room. Everything was perfectly suited for my stay and the hosts were wonderful! "Adorable and cozy cabins located right on Lago Argentino. Pablo the owner was so incredibly kind and welcoming, and helped us with whatever we needed including calling us taxis and lending us a can opener! The beds were comfortable and once we figured out how to turn up the water heater, we had plenty of hot water. WiFi didn’t quite reach to our cabin though. "

"I made the booking but found it difficult to contact the hosts but this was resolved by using their WhatsApp number on their Facebook page. After that the host was very responsive and helpful. She showed us around the apartment and how everything worked including Netflix. The apartment is large and light, the bed comfortable, wifi good but the kitchen and bathroom could do with some attention.
