"The hotel was renovating many of the club rooms and club floors. We had to change our room due to the noise. The food in the club dining room was not quite up to its standard. We stayed here in October 2023 and Everything was outstanding."

"Great place to stay when you’re in Busan, it’s in the middle of a busy area with lots of food options but at night, the noise doesn’t bother me when sleeping. Also a close walk to the subway. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The gym was airy, spacious, and well-equipped. Last, but not least, the breakfast buffet was delicious. At its basics, the beds were spacious and comfortable with high-quality linens and pillows. The rooms were well-soundproofed with blackout curtains so we were able to get a good night’s rest. There were also lots of details that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The shower had both a regular and rainfall shower head. The bathroom was equipped with a fancy bidet that keeps the seat warm and washes your butt lol. The breakfast buffet had cute cat-themed dish robots that efficiently cleared dishes away for you. The hotel is also conveniently located, with easy access to two metro lines. In summary, I’m really glad I picked this hotel to stay in for my trip to Busan. Everything was wonderful. I would gladly stay here again."

"Friendly staff. Speak English, Japanese and Korean. Clean room. Can keep luggage for storage if you arrive before checkin. Would stay again. Location is great, close to 2 Subway stations. "

"Room is very spacious and modern. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants. Staff is very helpful and speaks english. Hotel is central and we rode the bus and subway to tourist spots. I will stay here again next time I am in Busan."
