"Upon arrival, the room was clean and nice. I only stayed for one night, but I would love to stay longer next time. I will say my only criticism is that the sink water: I passed a napkin through the running water & it came out dark, so I wouldn’t suggest washing your mouth with it; instead, bring your own bottled water. They do have water bottles in the room, but you’ll be charged $7 a bottle, and who knows how long those waters sat there before me as they were lukewarm. But other than that, nice...

"I chose the Standard because the Moxy wasn't available. I needed to be near my son's NYU dorm on 3rd. Ave. The Standard proved to be fantastic and I will definitely return. Rudy at the front desk was really friendly and professional. The parking was explained clearly to me. Rudy gave me an upgrade to a higher floor so I'd have a fantastic view. "Terrific location. Very nice property. Clean and great rooftop bar. Did not appreciate the resort fee but that’s NYC. Have stayed here many times. Lots to do nearby and easy subway access to everywhere."

"The air conditioning worked but no way was the temperature reading accurate - I was unable to achieve the temperature I was hoping for. The shower head also left something to be desired. However, location was great. It was clean and safe. No frills."
