The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were helpful and efficient. Toiletries in the bathroom were lovely quality. We had breakfast one day - but although the choice was great it was very expensive in comparison to other hotels of a similar standard.

No WIFi! Parking very expensive! Room so so! I had a problem with my data plan from USA so i rushed very fast to the hotel to have the WiFi but they said they have a technical issue with internet and they will contact their technicians to resolve it. Result: I had big difficulties to contact my people here after arrival until leaving because the hotel had no WiFi during all my stay from my check in until check out!! Parking: Parking fees isn’t included in the price and it’s expensive for a hotel gust even if it for 24 hours! Room: Size or furniture are very normal. I found it also a little bit expensive compared to other hotel in same categories. There were some issues in the room but they fixed it fast. Breakfast: 18 Euro! Breakfast ok but there is nothing special. I think 18 Euro is also a little bit higher price for the breakfast. Facilities: there is no facilities like gym, sauna or swimming pool or biz center. Nothing!! The location: It’s better to go to Düsseldorf. There is nothing around the place!

Greta Hotel but beware of dogs being allowed
This hotel is a good hotel. Based near Neuss Centre so a walk into town is possible. Next to the tram stop which takes you to Dusseldorf centre and near enough to the business offices to allow an early morning walk to work. Juts be advised that the hotel allows Dogs to stay. The week I stayed a couple had two large dogs with them and when left in their room on their barked incessantly. Not very nice if you were having a late sleep in.

Clean, spacious room and the hotel is in a quiet area in Neuss. Tram/bus stop is across the road with good connections to Düsseldorf proper. Only problem is no food joints close by but plenty of places in Neuss Markt about 1 km away.

Friendly Helpful team
super friendly team at the front office and very helpful.. thanks Markus ..The was quite an inconsistency in the housekeeping service each day which was a shame .. We also had some problems getting in and out of the underground parking the barrier wouldnt always open.. However the team was great and that made the difference for our stay.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel's location is ideal for walking into Neuss, with bus & tram stops just outside the hotel grounds. However, during my family's 5-night stay, we did not have the 20 Euro breakfast ... far too expensive … instead we ventured into Neuss and paid no more than 9 Euros each! I would also mention that the indoor bar never seemed to be open, and to top it off, whilst waiting for our taxi to the airport, we thought we'd sit outside in the Bier Garten (as it was gloriously warm), but that was also closed, so we resorted to buying 3 bottled drinks from reception … not quite the same! My final rant is that the toilet in my room (no. 321), was not working for the first 2 days of my stay … fortunately my daughter was in the room next door, so we had to use hers. We did complain to reception on the first day and they sent 'maintenance' up to repair the constant trickling and non-flushing, but alas it was not fixed and remained faulty into our 2nd day. Complained again and said this is not good enough - how can we have a room with no toilet facilities! The maintenance guy went up to repair again and the job was satisfactory - not perfect by any means. My daughter asked for a discount/compensation for this, but we were told to take it up with Expedia as we had paid upfront and did not book direct with the hotel. Reception gave me the manager's email address, so that will be my next job! Anyway, rant over!

The location in the park is super. The surroundings are unique, calming, beautiful and just what we like. The rooms are comfortable for two people and welcoming.

Excellent hotel in great location
This comfortable hotel is set in a beautiful park, close to Neuss city centre. Great transport links to Düsseldorf etc, the tram stop is right in front of the hotel entrance. Helpful, professional and friendly staff, wonderful breakfast buffet.

Best Hotel in Neuss.. From the room to the breakfast.. Everything amazing. Only "downside" is that it could be a bit closer to the train station

Hotel name contains Dusseldorf , but it's NOT in Desseldorf , it's in nearby city of Nuess Takes 1 hour to reach Messe Dusseldorf by public transport or 35 Euro by taxi , one way Poorly designed entry so you need to lug your baggage few steps , they could have easily made a slope to roll your luggage up

Hotel from Hell
First of all we arrived at the hotel very tired and worn out after a long coach journey and looked forward to having a good night sleep. At the lobby we checked in but the reception staff which was only one man told us there was only one double bed, we went to have a look at our room and one of the two cards to open the hotel room door didn't even work and there was only one double bed. We were outraged since we were two adults and one 12 year old child and how would they think that one child and two adults should be able to sleep in a double bed. The man also said the hotel was fully booked and that there was no other rooms so we had to squeeze in together in the double bed and we got very little sleep. The sink was also broken because the pipes were blocked so water was filling up in the sink and not going through the hole. The next morning we had breakfast which was okay but it would of been better if there was more food options. We were out in Dusseldorf most of the day because it was our only full day there and when we came back we told reception which was two woman now what we had been through last night and they immediately moved us to a new room which also only had a double bed but they brought in a single bed as well for my son to sleep in, but the shower pipes were blocked this time and water was filling up in the shower. That night we were finally able to have a good nights sleep and the next morning we had breakfast and left. It gaveus a bad impression of Germany

The staff were amazing. The room aircondition did not work well, so I had to open the windows. The bed covers were shorter than the bed and extremely thick for the warm room, and they had no lighter covers. If it weren’t for the friendly staff, It would have been a terrible experience. But they were trying to help as much as possible
